We had some issues getting things setup so we had to reach out to customer service via the live chat several times but their customer service was one of the best I’ve experienced from a SaaS company. Response was so fast, they were able to assist with our queries, and everything was always sorted. 10/10 for their customer service team. Cons There are a few bugs which we had trouble navigating. We had issues changing our billing email, accessing our invoices, and setting up custom domains but as I said, these were small issues that were quickly rectified by the customer support team. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare these days and has been one of the main reasons we continue to use the platform. From a product perspective, QRTRAC has helped us modernize how we manage networking and marketing campaigns across India and the USA. We adopted their Digital Business Cards solution and have completely moved away from paper business cards, resulting in meaningful annual cost savings across our WIPRO LINECRAFT AI group while also supporting our sustainability initiatives. We also make extensive use of their Dynamic QR Codes and coupon code campaigns for marketing events. The custom domain feature has been excellent for strengthening our brand identity, allowing us to share QR experiences under our own branded URLs rather than a generic platform domain. Another feature we use regularly is the List of Links page, which helps us host brochures, marketing materials, videos, and other resources in one place. Combined with branded Dynamic QR Codes and QR Code Analytics, it has made content distribution much easier and more professional. Cons There are not many negatives to mention. The mobile-friendly dashboard experience has improved significantly over the last few years and is much easier to use when managing campaigns on the go. His personal attention has been an important differentiator. The staff is also wonderful. Whenever we submit a question inside the website we are surprised by the speed and thoughtfulness of their reply. Pros Their support services and responsiveness are outstanding. The best I've ever seen. I'm sure we're not their largest customer, but they make us feel special. Cons There really are no negatives. We've met several of the owners and they are quite modest and appreciative. So many SaaS operators are very full of themselves and rigid. Not these guys. Add on it has real time customer support which make this platform more reliable. Pros QRTRAC is a an excellent dynamic QR code platform that is simple, reliable and easy to use with advanced customization and analytics features. This platform can be used in startup, medium scale and big firms for business and marketing campaigns. Cons The thing I liked least about QRTRAC wasmobile experience could be improved slightly although the platform is available on android and iOS. I signed up for the 7-day trial and was genuinely impressed within the first hour. The interface is clean and modern, creation process is lightning fast, and the analytics dashboard gives me better insights than tools that cost 3-4x more. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. QRTRAC has genuinely become one of the most valuable tools in my marketing stack. I’ve already recommended it to several business owner friends. Pros Everything! The platform is incredibly powerful yet very user-friendly. I especially love the custom domain feature — being able to use qr.mybrand.com instead of a generic link makes a huge professional difference and builds instant trust. The real-time analytics are outstanding — I can see exact locations, devices, scan times, and engagement data instantly. Dynamic/editable QR codes are a game-changer (no more reprinting!). The variety of QR types (digital business cards, menus, forms, PDF hosting, app store routing, etc.) is impressive. White-label capabilities and unlimited scans make it perfect for scaling. Cons The only very small thing is that there are almost too many powerful features — it took me a little time to explore everything available. But this is honestly a great 'problem' to have. Once I spent 3-5 minutes in the dashboard, everything became very intuitive. The learning curve is minimal for such a feature-rich tool.
