Pros

Makes medication pass go seamlessly smooth. We no longer have to deal with paper MARs this makes thing run smoother and a lot cleaner. We have been able to notice trends.

Cons

Only thing I would say would be how I am I able to utilize multiple programs without having an issue if there are in multiple programs.

Customer Support is outstanding. Hands-down the best applications Support team I have ever worked with during my 30+ years in IT. They are quick to respond whether it is an urgent issue or even just an enhancement request. They are respectful and helpful to everyone, in every position in our organization, who reaches out for assistance.

Pros

Our direct care staff find MedSupport user-friendly and intuitive. Our medication documentation errors have significantly decreased since the adoption of MedSupport. Managers and nurses appreciate greater oversight, receiving alerts and easily accessing reports, which has greatly improved day-to-day med administration and the inspection process.

Cons

The interface is a bit dated and accepting medications requires extreme care, but CaraSolva is continuously making improvements, adding new modules and their support team is always receptive to feedback from customers.

One of the most appreciated aspects is the developer's commitment to growth. Regular updates consistently bring in more usable features, and these rollouts occur with minimal downtime, ensuring that care delivery is never interrupted. For teams looking for an effortless way to manage medication documentation without the headache of overly complex software, MedSupport is a top-tier choice.

Pros

User-Friendly Interface: One of the standout features is the simple layout. It avoids the cluttered "dashboard fatigue" common in medical software, offering easy functionality that reduces the learning curve for new staff. Pharmacy Integration: The platform offers superb integration with multiple pharmacies. This synchronization minimizes manual data entry for prescriptions and ensures that medication lists remain current and accurate. Organizational Flexibility: MedSupport excels in customization. Whether you are managing a single group home or a large multi-department facility, the ability to tailor department structures and granularly control user access is a significant advantage.

Cons

EHR Synchronization Gaps: While the system does integrate with Electronic Health Records (EHR), it isn't a perfect "handshake" yet. There are still specific data fields that do not link between systems, which unfortunately necessitates some duplicate data entry. This can be a minor bottleneck in an otherwise fluid workflow.

Pros

The MAR was very user friendly. The system was easy to understand and train staff

Cons

As the system is electronic, the risk of not being able to access when there is no connectivity, esp. in rural areas. Paper MARs and information can be printed beforehand, if sufficient preparation is taken.
