They are respectful and helpful to everyone, in every position in our organization, who reaches out for assistance. Pros Our direct care staff find MedSupport user-friendly and intuitive. Our medication documentation errors have significantly decreased since the adoption of MedSupport. Managers and nurses appreciate greater oversight, receiving alerts and easily accessing reports, which has greatly improved day-to-day med administration and the inspection process. Cons The interface is a bit dated and accepting medications requires extreme care, but CaraSolva is continuously making improvements, adding new modules and their support team is always receptive to feedback from customers.
