As an owner in the competitive Bay Area market, I’m always looking for ways to stay ahead. AutoPane AI has allowed GlassFixit to scale without just throwing more money at labor. Our technicians can focus on the actual glass work while the AI handles the repetitive administrative tasks and intake. Our revenue has increased because our response time is now down to seconds. If you’re running an auto glass shop and still doing everything manually, you’re leaving money on the table. Highly recommended!

Pros

The automation capabilities of AutoPane AI (APAI) are second to none. The visual AI is incredibly accurate—it distinguishes between a simple repair and a full replacement instantly, which builds immediate trust with our customers. Cons

The initial setup and training for the team took a little bit of time to get perfectly dialed in, but the APAI support team was excellent and walked us through every step. Now that it's running, it's seamless.
