The suite-level visibility is particularly strong, and the ability to move through the stacking plans and pull tenant detail on demand makes the platform very practical for day-to-day use. I rely on it on a daily basis. Pros One of the biggest benefits is the reduction in manual work around recurring property-level reporting materials. Items like rent rolls used and the roll-up of this data into asset tapes and different reports used to require more hands-on updating based on information coming in from property managers, so having that process automated is a meaningful improvement. Beyond the time savings, it also gives us greater confidence that we are working from current information, which helps support internal reporting, external discussions, and day-to-day decision-making. As we spend more time in the platform, we continue to identify additional functionality that adds value. Cons So far, I have not come across anything that stands out as a negative. The platform has streamlined a lot of internal processes for my team and made us more efficient. A number of key processes flow through Asset Beacon and it automates a number of processes, allowing our team to spend more time creating value rather than gathering data. The team is a pleasure to work with, responsive, and keen to help as needed to ensure the product meets our needs. Pros Consolidation of data across different systems into an intuitive dashboard has been amazing for our organization to create a single source of truth. The system visualizes data with a fundamental real estate perspective that allow us to be more efficient and proactive as a firm. Cons I wish the system had better mobile functionality - it is great in a web browser but there is no dedicated app or mobile interface.
