Having such accessible support really helped us as a new business to get on our feet and allow us to present a professional front. We are very happy with the service they have provided and really appreciate all their help to get what we want out of the app. Pros Very easy to use. The app is time saving compared to filling in paper job sheets. Allows us to record our gas usage. Practical being able to provide job sheets to customers. Links well to Xero. Cons Nothing automatically saves which can be quite frustrating. It would be helpful if each section in quotes/ invoices etc saved as you typed to prevent losing your work. Alternatives considered [Tradify](https://www.capterra.com/p/152413/Tradify/) Reasons for choosing Jobable Tradify did not provide f-gas register so Jobable was more appealing. I used to feel bogged down in engineer schedules, Jobable frees up hours each day. Pros Eradicating paperwork, improving efficiency and communication between our office and field engineering team. Responsive support and great value for money! Cons The remote app functionality is more limited than the functionality of the office/admin side of the system.
