Field service engineer management platform that streamlines operations for service teams. Office teams can raise jobs, schedule smarter and reduce double-entry while taking care of quoting and invoicing. Engineers can view jobs and report visit details from site. Engineers can continue to work offline and sync when back online. It centralizes storage of data, including job notes, equipment history and images. The "In Tray" system allows team members to manage and delegate jobs efficiently. Managers can access reporting dashboards for business insights, such as turnover or profitability. Overall we have had a very positive experience with Jobable. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been our main point of contact and has dealt with every query and issue we have had promptly. Having such accessible support really helped us as a new business to get on our feet and allow us to present a professional front. We are very happy with the service they have provided and really appreciate all their help to get what we want out of the app.

Pros

Very easy to use. The app is time saving compared to filling in paper job sheets. Allows us to record our gas usage. Practical being able to provide job sheets to customers. Links well to Xero.

Cons

Nothing automatically saves which can be quite frustrating. It would be helpful if each section in quotes/ invoices etc saved as you typed to prevent losing your work.

Since moving our engineers from paper to tablets with Jobable, our efficiency has improved so much that we've seen a significant increase in profitability. I used to feel bogged down in engineer schedules, Jobable frees up hours each day.

Pros

Eradicating paperwork, improving efficiency and communication between our office and field engineering team. Responsive support and great value for money!

Cons

The remote app functionality is more limited than the functionality of the office/admin side of the system.
