Mit Nevi wurde die ideale Lösung gefunden: ein cloudbasiertes, intuitives DMS, das alle Dokumente sicher, strukturiert und jederzeit auffindbar macht – unterstützt durch moderne KI-Technologie. Das Ergebnis: maximale Effizienz, einfache Handhabung und eine zukunftssichere digitale Organisation. Nevi ist heute das Herzstück der Dokumentenverwaltung im Limes-Apotheken-Verbund.

ich kenne keine Nachteile. Es funktioniert alles so, wie es soll. Der Anstieg vom bisherigen DMS verlief absolut problemlos.

Die Übernahme von Dokumenten aus unserem ERP-System per Mail spart uns sehr viel Zeit, da manuelles Suchen, Hochladen und Kategorisierung von Aufträgen, Rechnungen und Verträgen entfällt. Da Nevi aus Verträgen auch die Laufzeiten und Kündigungsfristen herausliest und per Aufgabe an diese Termine erinnert, hilft das System auch beim Vertragsmanagement.

Pros

Mit Nevi wird die Suche nach wichtigen Dokumenten absolut einfach, da man mit dem System "sprechen" kann. Zusätzlich ist das Dashboard sehr übersichtlich und modern, so dass wichtige Funktionalitäten wie Aufgaben zu Dokumenten/Verträgen und Freigabemöglichkeiten schnell gefunden werden. Wichtig ist, dass wir unsere eigene Kategorisierung der Dokumente nutzen können!

Cons

Nevi ist ein neues System, welches sich auch bei der Darstellung der Dokumente erst finden musste. Der Support hilft aber sehr gut bei Fragen und das System wird ständig besser.
