Da Nevi aus Verträgen auch die Laufzeiten und Kündigungsfristen herausliest und per Aufgabe an diese Termine erinnert, hilft das System auch beim Vertragsmanagement. Pros Mit Nevi wird die Suche nach wichtigen Dokumenten absolut einfach, da man mit dem System "sprechen" kann. Zusätzlich ist das Dashboard sehr übersichtlich und modern, so dass wichtige Funktionalitäten wie Aufgaben zu Dokumenten/Verträgen und Freigabemöglichkeiten schnell gefunden werden. Wichtig ist, dass wir unsere eigene Kategorisierung der Dokumente nutzen können! Cons Nevi ist ein neues System, welches sich auch bei der Darstellung der Dokumente erst finden musste.
