It isn't overloaded with unnecessary features and covers the things we actually need. There are still a few improvements I'd like to see, but overall it has worked well for us. Pros Everything related to students is available in one place which makes things much easier. Looking up attendance, updating memberships and checking payment details takes only a few clicks. It has definitely made our routine work faster. Cons Sometimes I wish there were more customization options for reports because every academy tracks things a little differently. Apart from that I haven't faced any major issues while using the software on a regular basis. The attendance and membership management features save us time during busy class hours. Cons The mobile version could be a little smoother in my opinion. I also felt that some advanced options are not immediately obvious, so a few more help guides inside the platform would make the learning process easier. It’s amazing how easy is. And the fact that your can set it up with a tablet was a gamer changer for me. Definitely recommended. It’s one of the best turnkey solutions I’ve tested so far. Pros The easiness you can handle payments collection for your memberships through Stripe. What I love about MatGoat is the smoothness in which you can operate your academy. And their customer support is first class. Cons If I had to choose one it would be that managing day-to-day admin work on the phone is always difficult compared to desktop, but with MatGoat you can still do quick checks and actions because it is responsive.
