En general mi experiencia con enrutar ha sido muy buena, ayuda a tener la información de las incidencias controlada y organizada gracias al sistema de visitas y partes de trabajo.

Pros

Lo fácil que es de usar y de integrar. Nuestros técnicos se han adaptado muy rápido. También el soporte, contestan rápido y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons

Por ahora no tenemos muchas quejas, quizás que no tiene modo sin conexión para cuando estamos en instalaciones sin señal.

Pros

The deep integration of AI in every aspect of the app allows us to enhance how we track our work with minimal effort compared to before.

Cons

They didn't have a dedicated app, but the web app is sufficient for most situations and will make everything smoother.

Para una empresa con muchas pequeñas incidencias y visitas, ayuda mucho a priorizar, reducir despistes y mantener al equipo alineado.

Pros

Simplicidad y rapidez para organizar el día a día: asignar trabajos, ver el estado por columnas y tener una visión clara tipo Kanban sin complicaciones.

Cons

No veo desventajas en el producto y los desarrolladores son muy abiertos a introducir mejoras o arreglar cualquier cosa que se observe.
