The biggest advantage with Zlendo Realty is that I was able to combine all those ideas into a single floor plan and visualize it with realistic rendering. This made it much easier for my family to understand and agree on the final design. The Vastu check feature was an added benefit, giving us more confidence in the planning. Also, the approximate cost estimation was very close to our actual budget—almost 90% accurate—which was really helpful for decision-making. Overall, it made the entire home planning process smooth, practical, and much more collaborative. Kudos to the team! Pros What I liked most is how much time it saves in the entire design workflow. Earlier, I had to switch between multiple tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software just to complete one client presentation. With Zlendo, everything is available in one place, which significantly reduces effort and turnaround time. The AI-based Smart Wizard is a standout feature—it helps generate a floor plan instantly from basic inputs, which gives a strong starting point. On top of that, the AI inspiration feature makes it easy to quickly build and visualize a complete home design without starting from scratch. This allows me to create a quick first impression for clients with 3D views and concepts in a very short time, which is extremely helpful in winning projects. Cons Since the platform is very feature-rich (AI, rendering, walkthrough, costing), it takes a little time initially to explore all capabilities. But once you get used to it, it actually replaces multiple tools and becomes very efficient.
