Pros We chose this product amongst others that didn't fit our needs althgough they were more expensive. I would stress : the ease of use and the customer support (they are very reactive when we ask new features such as new filters and they add them quickly) Cons As I still am a new user, I have to get used to the differences between the mobile app and the internet interface, and sometimes I have to search to find the features I want. As we transition to an online service from old-school paper and file system I'm impressed at how easy this service is to use, especially not being a computer guy. 3.) Pros I think the approach of maintaining the asset inventory in an organized, hierarchical list is an excellent move, and linking expenses to specific assets represents great resource management. I am interested in using Freemaint from the moment the buildings are handed over—including their documentation dossiers. Cons I would like there to be more features, but I know it is only a matter of time before the development scales up to what the tool is meant to be: a constantly improving tool. I have been much more limited by my time than the interface itself. I am happy to have found a system that boasts a great deal of simplicity and power for such a reasonable price. I look forward to seeing how much the program develops. Pros First off, the price point is incredibly attractive. FreeMaint does not charge by the user, so it works great for larger business without having to choose who doesn't need an account. I am primarily using the software to build a database of our extrusion assets, maintenance inventory, and packing supplies. I am consistently surprised by the quickness with which bugs and clunky interfaces are worked and streamlined for a better experience. So far, it is evident to me that FreeMaint is one of those rare gems that comes as a labor of love for its creator. Cons The mobile app's user interface is still a little clunky from inventory purposes but is generally more geared toward being able to quickly enter work order requests. With that said, the mobile app interface is leagues above where it was a few months ago when I first started using FreeMaint. Upon looking into the system myself, the user interface appeared stuck in the age of Windows 95. I wanted something with a better UI that didn't break the bank as we added more staff. It is easy to use, helps us track maintenance goals, provides outstanding work order traceability, and performs very well in inventory management. The platform has improved the organization and efficiency of our maintenance operations. We haven't spent any money so far, but because of the value it provides, we are considering upgrading to a paid plan. Thank you, FreeMaint, for making our maintenance work easier. Pros One of the features we appreciate most is how it helps us establish and track our maintenance goals. The work order system offers excellent traceability, allowing us to monitor activities, follow progress, and maintain accurate records of maintenance work. Cons sometimes we got a little delay to get dashboard screen, but in general it works excellent, We appreciate the effort the team has put into developing this product and look forward to continuing to use it as our maintenance program grows. FreeMaint knocks it out of the park, it is very user friendly. i would recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their program. Pros No limit to team members, so i can have the floor leads and supervisors submit request for work orders. the program is just everything you would want in my opinion. FreeMaint is very user friendly, flexible, and is setting the standard as the Best CMMS system available. Pros it is user friendly and easily adaptable to Seafood industry. The user interface makes the system easy to navigate and helps prevent a lot of confusion. Cons Would like to add users without the need of an email to track work and labor costs. Some people refuse to use personal email for work, and some companies limit number of email addresses issued to employees.
