I really appreciate the product's design and user experience, along with the speed of their support and the wide range of features it offers. If I had to recommend just one signing solution for your business, this would be an excellent choice. It provides almost everything you need without the complexity of many other alternatives. Cons I didn't find any negative point yet and I believe that with the iteration speed that they have they will solve problems so fast. Nous apprécions Subnoto pour sa richesse, sa sécurité, sa disponibilité, son confort et ses performances. C'est un outil qui nous aide vraiment dans nos actions quotidienne et qui est super ! Pros Subnoto propose une offre dédié aux associations qui est très agréable et très complète, les données sont totalement confidentielles et sécurisée, elles sont également hébergée en France, ce qui nous a rassuré. L'outil est très ergonomique, facile d'utilisation côté utilisateur pour envoyer des documents à signer mais aussi très simple côté signataire. L'outil est très bien pensé. Cons Le manque de quelques fonctionnalités qui serait intéressantes à avoir pour fluidifier l'usage du logiciel (notamment la possibilité de ne pas avoir que des signataires mais des approbateurs) ou de pouvoir collecter des documents lors d'une demande de signature. Néanmoins, étant conscient qu'un outil ne se construit pas en un jour, ce sont des nouveautés qui arriveront par la suite mais qui peuvent manquer. Je gagne un temps précieux sur les échanges pour les signatures de devis mais aussi sur les dossier pour les CEE, partie non négligeable de mon travail. Tout est dématérialisé donc récupérable facilement, idéal pour moi. Pros La fonction qui permet de savoir si le client à ouvert ou non le devis aide à appréhender une éventuel relance. Lors de la réception du mail pour consultation et signature par le client, le nom de l'entreprise apparait, ce qui contribue à rassurer le client favorisant une certaine fluidité dans les échanges. Cons J'en fais un utilisation simple qui répond à ce que j'attends de la signature électronique. J'ai pas nécessairement de point d'amélioration à ce jour. It saves me from the print/sign/scan routine. Pros Really easy to use. I use it for personal contracts and the occasional HR or admin form from work, and it just works. Much better than printing, signing, and scanning. Cons When I get a document by email that I want to sign, I have to forward it to myself through Subnoto to get it into the platform. A Gmail add-on or extension that let me send a document into Subnoto directly from my inbox would be a nice fix.
