Experience is great. All actions and due dates can be tracked and it keeps all the history for reference. Invoice control to ensure no double payments

Pros

It is user friendly and easy to use. The system is great for control purposes - payment approvals and follow up on actions

Cons

You need a constant and strong internet connection. Have trouble to connect to storecall on phone in rural areas or areas with bad internet receiption.

The reporting is efficient. Template creation is easy. Teacking n reporting steucturws and notifications are 100s

Time to load at times. Could be mybservice provider. But it is not a negative for the platform. No real negative comments

Overall, my experience with Storecall has been very good. The platform is reliable and helps streamline operations effectively. The customer service is excellent, with quick responses and helpful support whenever needed, making the system even more valuable.

Pros

The reporting functions are very powerful and easy to use. They provide clear, detailed insights that help track performance across stores efficiently. The ability to customise reports and quickly access key data makes decision-making much faster and more accurate.

Cons

The photo quality was initially poor, which made it difficult to clearly assess certain submissions. However, this improved over time.
