Love the product, the high level of engagement and the incredibly supportive team. The team creates a positive experience at the company that positions it in a very positive manner so people actually speakup! And the product is very advanced and very easy to use

Best whistleblowing platform I’ve ever used. It actually works! Not just to meet the mandate requirements

Cons

Nothing at all. Its awesome and packed with lots of AI features, easy to use reporting channels and compliant with all the security requirements

Navex just met the mandate but it doesn’t really work. Very poor software and engagement was zero. As fir faceup, its built for startups and small companies not for enterprises.

I love how they made it seem like a movement and a whole experience rather than just a software. Starting from the smooth on-boarding, supportive team, marketing and awareness campaigns, lots of convenient reporting channels, advanced analytics and Ai features that make it standout from all the competitors.

Pros

Simple yet innovative platform, rich with cool Ai features and amazing supportive team. It is a true experience rather than a software.

Cons

Security measures are too much just to be compliant with all the certification and local and international regulations.

Navex is too old and rigid and very unsupportive team. FaceUp is very poor when it comes to product features, they just know how to market their company well. Also, faceup is good for schools, it doesn’t suit actual enterprises.

It's an overall pleasant experience to work with them. Such an amazing and active team that gets things done even before any deadline comes up

Pros

I like its versatility. It allows me to use it externally with members and internally to handle any anonymous whistleblower cases

Cons

That it's mostly limited to suggestions and complaints. It needs sections like FAQs, Community, and others to handle a full 360 view of feedback and inquiries
