That platform has proven to be flexible, reliable and capable of adapting to our evolving requirements, rather than forcing us to amend our processes to fit the platform. Working with the team has been just as positive as using the platform. Communication has been excellent, feedback was always welcomed and they helped us to achieve the best possible outcome. I'd happily recommend the platform to organisations looking for a configurable solution backed by a knowledgeable and collaborative team. Pros The flexibility of the platform has been one of its biggest strengths. We've been able to configure it to support a fairly unique case, including certification workflows, evidence submission, resources, and an AI-powered search and chatbot function to help users quickly find relevant information. Just as importantly, the team were fantastic to work with throughout the process, taking the time to understand our requirements and working collaboratively to deliver a solution that met our needs. The development process felt like a genuine partnership. Cons As with any configurable platform, there can be a learning curve when you're first exploring the ways it can be used. However, the support from the team made up for this and they were always available to provide support and discuss solutions.
