As our company continued to grow and remote work became more common, that process was no longer sustainable. Since implementing Zimmet Takip, the entire workflow has become digital. We no longer deal with printed documents or courier deliveries for signatures, asset assignment takes a fraction of the time, and every movement is recorded automatically. We have had zero lost equipment cases since implementation, and preparing for ISO 27001 audits is much easier because every record is accessible in seconds. It has become an important part of our daily operations. Pros One of the biggest improvements for us was replacing Excel files and paper forms with a single system. Creating and approving asset assignments now takes only a few minutes, and we always know who has each device. The digital approval process works really well, and QR code support makes it easy to verify equipment whenever needed. We also appreciate having every record stored in one place, especially during ISO 27001 audits. It has saved our HR and IT teams a significant amount of time. Cons There is honestly very little to complain about. Like any new system, we needed a short period to adapt our internal processes and train the team. Some advanced features took a little longer to discover because the platform offers more than basic asset tracking. Once everyone became familiar with the system, our daily workflow became much smoother and we have not experienced any major issues since then.
