Every barn should use this program! Pros Stables Systems is automating everything so I can keep billing cycles and payments up to date with no mistakes! This is priceless in my busy barn and already paying off! Trainer access has made their life easier. Scheduling visibility and reminders is a game changer for our customers - no more missed lessons! We all use the texting feature daily, the reports are fantastic, we love the color coded calendar, this is hands down the BEST built system for a barn! Cons It takes a little while to put everything in, but the time is well worth it since it is one time and then the program works on it's own from there! I also enjoy that they are adding new features frequently so the system can grow with our industry . Pros Automatic billing is user friendly and a life saver! My clients also enjoy the lesson reminders and the customer service is a huge sticking point for me. Cons It was an adjustment for me to learn the new systems, but they are all pretty user friendly. Adding ach was probably the hardest part of learning different timlines, but once it was set up has been working well .
