Overall versus satisfied, we have automated our emails and also have created 4 organizations with more than 25 mailbox, no complaints

Pros

It has good inbox and also has automations, the free tier is very generous and simply fits the need, the email to whatsapp works great

Cons

Sometimes the Google Calendar has to be manually synced and the events too. but other than that no issues.
