Pros We used Nobel to manage our awards program, and it made the whole process much easier to control! Setting up submissions, assigning reviewers, tracking judging progress, and checking results were all straightforward. The platform felt clean, organized, and easy for both admins and applicants to use, which saved us a lot of manual follow-up. Cons Some of the more advanced settings may take a little time to configure properly at the beginning, especially if the awards program has several stages or different judging rules. Once everything is set up, though, the platform is easy to manage.
