Got it—here’s the corrected version with his name: ⸻ I spent months searching for a booking software that could actually handle everything my business needs, and nothing quite fit. The closest I found was RunLoyal, but they require credit card processing through Fiserv, which comes with added monthly fees—even though I don’t accept credit cards. That alone made it a poor fit for my business. I was honestly stuck until I came across Book’n Buddy, and I’m so glad I did. Jacek has been incredible to work with. He’s responsive, open to feedback, and has gone above and beyond to make adjustments so the platform works exactly how I need it to. It’s rare to find that level of support, especially with software. Even though Book’n Buddy is still growing, it’s improving rapidly. Updates and new features are being rolled out consistently, and you can tell there’s real intention behind making it better for users. Functionality-wise, it already competes with bigger platforms like RunLoyal and others in the space—but at a fraction of the cost. The pricing alone is a huge win, especially for small business owners who don’t want to be locked into expensive systems or forced payment processing. Overall, I’m extremely happy I made the switch and excited to see how the platform continues to evolve.

Pros

What I like most about the software is its flexibility. It can be molded into something that truly fits my business needs, and the developer is open to feedback and committed to making the platform even better.

Cons

What I like least about the software is that some settings are still a bit limited when it comes to each business’s specific needs. For example, not every business asks the same intake questions, so I would love the ability to customize those myself instead of relying on the developer for every change. That said, this is a very small drawback, and it’s something that’s already being worked on for future updates.
