I used to employ an administrator 20 hours to accomplish fewer results than Chatstrike delivers while Integrating with Microsoft 365. My team is growing like I always knew it could.

Pros

Chatstrike is a lifesaver for my growing Insurance Agency. I most appreciate the Chatbot doing the work of sourcing, evaluating scheduling and often rescheduling enabling me to do other things.

Cons

Chatstrike doesn’t screen out duplicate candidates or résumés. And I’m still waiting for them to diversify and deliver a similar tool for B2B Sales appointments with the same professionalism.

Pros

I get a great return on my investment in terms of speed and continuity. Chatstrike helps me attract quality talent and keeps them in our pipeline.

No complaints. It works beautifully for me. Any issue I have experienced with Chatstrike has been easy to solve, and the team is responsive to needs and emerging trends, actually helping me shape how I do what I do.

ChatStrike has been a great recruiting resource. We have had several great candidates who have used ChatStrike.

Pros

I love the automated messages it sends. It sounds more like a person instead of AI. It makes the process of scheduling easier. It takes the work load off.

Cons

I would say the candidate pipeline. I don't necessarily not like it; we just don't use that feature. We have that in STM.
