For an agency juggling clients from small to very large, AdLabs has been a real upgrade. It keeps us fast, agile and fully in control, while making our work far more transparent for clients. One of the most thoughtfully built tools in our stack, and it keeps getting better.

Pros

We manage a large portfolio of Amazon clients across several teams, and AdLabs fits exactly how we like to work: we keep full control, but we can make changes in bulk incredibly fast. It has made our client calls so much stronger. The Placements view instantly shows whether spend is landing on the best placements, which is perfect for live quick audits of new accounts and for the fast growing B2B side. The SQP report is clean and visual, and comparing ASIN conversion rates helps clients truly understand the strategy. Target TACOS in the overview keeps our whole team focused on the right accounts. Add hourly dayparting, a very practical Search Terms analyzer, and a brilliant MCP interface with Brand Context that powers our own Claude workflows far faster than Amazon's API, and you have a tool clearly built by people who are experts at what they do.

Cons

Hard to find real complaints, especially since the few things I would note are already on the roadmap. The once a day sync makes sense for most work, but during fast, highly competitive launches we sometimes want a quicker manual resync to react on the same day. Creating new campaigns still has to happen in the ads console rather than in AdLabs directly, ideally based on our own naming convention. And I am still looking forward to rule based automations and alerts that flag ad waste early when you run many accounts. From what I can see, all of it is already coming.

With automated bid management tools you have almost no strategic control. You end up just hoping the tool somehow lands a good ACOS. But real accounts don't work that way. When you optimize around conversion rate, and especially when a product combines a low selling price with high CPCs, a low ACOS can be mathematically impossible, and no algorithm changes that. We wanted to move fast and still stay fully in control, creative and strategic in how we approach each account. AdLabs lets us do exactly that: bulk speed without handing the strategy over to a black box.

The MCP interface with Brand Context powering Claude workflows is one of our favorite use cases too. Our daily operations depend on programmatically analyzing and actioning store performance. AdLabs' API and MCP support bridge the gap between raw Amazon PPC data and our internal AI tooling (like our proprietary orchestrator). Instead of relying solely on static dashboards, AdLabs turns our account KPIs into an active, queryable data layer that our AI agents can audit and optimize on a daily basis.

Pros

What we like most is their open approach to data access. Having robust API access and a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server is a massive win. It allows us to seamlessly integrate our Amazon advertising data, campaign hierarchies, and performance metrics directly into our custom AI agents. This open architecture makes pulling and actioning our KPIs programmatically a breeze.

Cons

Leveraging the full power of their APIs and MCP server comes with a technical learning curve, and the documentation for custom setups could be expanded. Additionally, we occasionally run into standard Amazon API sync delays when pulling real-time data.

Even without organic keyword rank tracking, AdLabs is an excellent value. The logic and math are solid. Lots of free training videos get you up to speed quickly. 5-STARS.

Pros

TIME SAVER: AdLabs saves hours of clicking and scrolling through Amazon ads web pages that are often slow and/or unresponsive

Cons

The ultimate goal of managing our PPC ads is to effeciently improve our organic search result rankings for important keywords and phrases. AdLabs needs to add organic rankings tracking to the product so we can manage it all from just one integrated tool.

The software itself has become a core part of our daily workflow. A bit slow on implementing AI, but now there appears to be a solid use case. I'd also love to be able to bulk create campaigns which currently you can't do. Can't complain about the software - I love using it.

Excellent, the cost is perfect for any budget. It is one of the best bid adjustment tools I have seen.

Pros

Very easy to setup and assign bid updates extremely quickly. I can assign new bids to hundreds of keywords and products in only a few minutes with everything I need right at my fingertips.

Cons

Does not have readily available AI summary, or other benchmarks to help gauge the performance of my ad campaigns.

We used the AI marketing companies with proprietary algorithms, they were terrible. We lost money. We used marketing companies and they didn't know what they were doing. We did it ourselves but it took to much time. Ad Labs is the perfect combination of control and time savings. They just use math to drive the changes, its simple but elegant and useful. We appreciate them making this software to help our american made family business business grow and succeed.

Pros

We have tried many marketing tools with our Amazon business, this is the best. It uses common sense and math in a system to help us manage our ads quickly and transparently.

Cons

We started using Ad Labs when it launched, we have not had any negative experiences working with them for the time and are happy to pay them each month for their services.

Love it. You guys are focused on your "one thing" and you're the best in the industry. Couldn't be happier.

Pros

Honestly? AdLabs help documents, video tutorials, and the insights into their methodologies. They're completely open with how everything works, and if you put in the effort to learn and walk the AdLabs path, you'll see amazing improvements to your ads overnight. I'd pay double just for their custom dashboards (which my clients LOVE) but it's included. Customer support is quick and super helpful, and honestly, the value AdLabs provides to my business would justify a 10x price tag (thanks for keeping it beyond reasonable, tho!).

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found anything. You guys are always improving the tool, and the newly added AI functionality is something I use every day. I know y'all said "SaaS is dead" in a recent post, but you guys are staying relevant. Keep it up!

Overall, AdLabs has been a very valuable tool for managing and analyzing Amazon PPC performance at a deeper level than Seller Central provides. It helps surface trends and inefficiencies that are difficult to identify inside Amazon’s native reporting. The platform is especially useful for sellers who think strategically about campaign structure, profitability, and long-term optimization rather than just top-line ACOS metrics. Support has also been responsive and genuinely helpful when questions come up.

Pros

AdLabs gives a much cleaner and more actionable view of Amazon advertising performance than Seller Central alone. The keyword and search term visibility is excellent, especially for understanding true performance trends over time instead of relying on Amazon’s limited dashboard views. I also really like how easy it is to isolate performance using the filter structure without exporting endless spreadsheets. The platform feels built by people who actually understand how Amazon sellers analyze ads operationally.

Cons

Like most robust analytics platforms, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first simply because of the depth of data available. Some workflows take time to fully explore, but overall the platform is very strong, highly capable, and continues to improve over time.2

Really great experience so far, great tool, the team are super responsive to feedback and queries and you can really tell its built by those who know Amazon Ads and its challenges

Super clear interface, comprehensive feature set, quick workflows, sound logic underpinning the algorithm decision making, constantly adding to the platform.

Cons

Bulk search term harvesting is a bit fiddly but I don't really know what how it could be improved. Some features are taking a while to be released e.g. bulk campaign launcher, but appreciate its a big, complex thing to build

Amazing. Best piece of Amazon software I've ever used. Tops helium10 and DataDive, which is saying quite something. As having tried a number of solutions before this, I know just how special this product is. Great work!

Pros

What's not to love! Speed of edits and querying data, speed of customer support, new feature releases, fast syncing, beautiful interface, first to implement the 15 month sync, and so much more. Adlabs has been a breath of fresh air and something I don't see us leaving anytime soon

Cons

Friction we had with SPP linking but that wasn't your fault at all. Apart from that just how long it's taken to get TACOS/ACOS/Spend targets in products tab, and some estimate of SB spend in the products tab, but both are coming soon!

Pros

no automatic AI bidding. spark charts. the ability to simply drag a header or more and then create custom views is wildly useful. it's the only software that has been able to handle our high SKU, thus high campaign accounts with millions, yes millions, of search terms.

Cons

They switched from flat rate to % of spend. That type of pricing crushses our model during our tentpole events, where brands spend exponentially higher amounts in shorter time frames. This is precisely why we have to be selective for which brands we connect with them.

AdLabs has been an absolute game-changer for me in my work as a PPC manager and has played a huge role in the growth of our sales over the past two years. The bid optimizer, dashboards, and other features have saved us countless hours by automating things we used to have to do manually. It's also super user-friendly and intuitive, so it didn't take long for us to learn how all the different tools work and start using them. Since \[sensitive content hidden\] all work in the Amazon PPC space, they understand the frustrations and limitations of the ad console firsthand. So they created a tool that is designed around how PPC managers actually work and that offers features that make managing campaigns faster, easier, and way less manual. I find myself constantly wondering why the Amazon ads console isn’t like this. Their team is also incredibly responsive and open to feedback. I’ve submitted multiple feature requests, and each one has either been quickly implemented or added to (or was already on) the list of future updates. We have been shocked at how willing and fast they are to add new features and fix bugs since this has been far from our experience with other tools we've used. Since adopting AdLabs two years ago and going through their masterclass, our ROAS has improved by 81% and our ad sales have increased by 181% while only increasing our ad spend by 55%. That kind of return proves just how effective AdLabs has been in helping us to scale smarter and not just bigger. The AdLabs team has built a truly game-changing tool, and we’re so grateful for how much time, stress, and money it has saved us! I can’t imagine going back to doing my job without AdLabs.

Really don't have any complaints! If I had to pick something, it would be for some features to be rolled out sooner. But I know they are working on adding a lot of things and there are already so many other great features we can use that we really don't mind waiting for the others!

Pros

AdLabs is run by people who live and breathe PPC. They are passionate experts. The ease of extracting insights and pivoting from granular to macro views in AdLabs is unlike other platforms I have used before. The AdLabs platform gives users the ability to extract almost any field in the search campaigns and pivot off of that. It also allows for custom tagging that is easy to maintain and setup. Finally the ability to save down replicable logic for auditing campaigns based on certain filters is another layer of power when combined with the pivot-style data analysis. I highly recommend AdLabs for anyone who is managing Amazon PPC.

Cons

I wish it had DSP data incorporated, but I understand that is on the near-term roadmap for development. There is really nothing negative I can say about AdLabs.

Instead of relying on automation we don’t understand, we can use data to guide actions while still moving quickly. A strong tool for anyone serious about scaling profitably on Amazon.

Pros

AdLabs makes it very easy to get a clear overview of the entire account as well as individual products within seconds. You can quickly identify what is working and take action without wasting time digging through data. Making changes is fast and straightforward. A big advantage is the transparency. You always know what changes are being made and why. It avoids black box automation where decisions happen in the background without clarity. This keeps full control on our side, which is critical when managing multiple accounts with a focus on profitability. The support is also excellent. The team is responsive, open to feedback, and you can see that user suggestions are implemented quickly.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning if you are not used to a more structured approach to Amazon Ads. Some features require understanding how to set up targets properly to get the most out of the platform.

Overall, my experience with AdLabs has been a positive one. I've really enjoyed using it so far, and I will continue to use it in the foreseeable future, provided they maintain a steady flow of staying up to date with AI features and integrating with things like Claude.

Pros

I really enjoyed the reliability and the data accuracy that I have with the tool. Its MCP and automation features, recently rolled out, are accurate and work well. Overall, the flexibility in being able to adjust and manage a large quantity of ASINs with ease and with a fantastic UI is excellent.

Cons

It doesn't have all of the campaign creation features that I would love to see, but unfortunately, I hear that's on the roadmap. Overall, very positive experience and great customer support.I would also appreciate a direct line on Slack to some of their team if possible.

My overall experience with AdLabs has been good, and I would recommend it to other people who need a tool to manage and optimize Amazon ad spend

Pros

AdLabs has a nice, clean, responsive interface giving you all the numbers in a nice tabular layout. Additionally, you can get pretty solid graphs out of it as well. If dashboards are your thing, you can customize your own dashboards. Also, it can manage your dayparting through a straightforward interface. The ad optimization is fairly straightforward for basic use cases since it does a fair amount of the work for you. Also, support is pretty responsive and the Discord group is active for discussion or if you need help. The devs pay attention to any bug reports you make, although in my experience, the bugs have been minor. Another good feature is the ability to roll back an adjustment in case it's not having the intended effect.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints about AdLabs. It serves its purpose well. Maybe if the graphing had some more advanced capabilities it would be nice, and I think they might be working on that already. Also, custom formulas for the tables/graphs may be helpful.

Pros

Adlabs is imo THE best Amazon Ads tool out there, suited fror professionals who want to take full control of their Ads Account(s) without wasting time. It is efficient, easy to use and created and run by great PPC managers who really know their craft. Support is also great with very fast response times.

Cons

If I had to pick something "bad" I had to say that I wish some features would be implemented faster. But they do publish new features every few weeks so it's not a serious complaint.
