If I ever have any issues, they are only a text away and I usually get a response back within 30 minutes. I am always offered additional training for me and my staff if needed. Pros This software gathers the most valuable data from the officer and restructures the report in a professional, easy to read report for our clients. If you have an officer that might have some grammar or spelling errors that will no longer be an issue. For your clients, instead of combing thru each individual entry the reports everything is summed up into a paragraph. They also offer analytic reports when you need additional information to identify ongoing security threat for the property. Cons The only issue we found is that you might experience issue using the program if you are in an area with little to no internet access. But I'm sure this is a universal issue with all internet based reporting software. I hesitate to give a review as we fear our competition discovers this software.lol Our clients have been very impressed with the reports and took an already great service and made it even more professional. Pros Honestly we love everything about Vision Insight. AI feature is top notch, Support has been amazing. Program is very user friendly and staff has had no issues adapting to or using the software. Cons Only negative we have had with Vision is the web base program. Found some smart phones(Android) did not work well with the program at first. Androids now have an app based program which is much better but no app as of yet for the iPhones. Also some features like the parking/license plate scanner does not work without wifi or cell service. Not great for us as we work remote sites and this can become an issue at times for reporting. Switched from [Silvertrac Software](https://www.capterra.com/p/135436/Silvertrac-Software/) No tech support, Program did not evolve. Company showed no intrest in improving its system. Too expensive for a program that clearly showed it was bottom of the barrel in the security industry. Quick note: our iOS app was released in February, so you can now download the Vision InSites app directly from the App Store. Regarding the vehicle scanner, we agree—having offline functionality would be a big convenience. The challenge is that the scanner relies on real-time server access to pull vehicle history. This ensures officers issue the correct violation and avoid mistakes like applying the wrong notice or initiating an incorrect tow. When I was running my own security company, I ran into a similar limitation with the software we were using at the time and developed a workaround. We used to use Silvertrac and this app is so much better and easier to use. My clients love the fact that we do not need to have check in tags all over their property and they get reports each morning in their email box. I would highly recommend this app to any security firm out there that needs to show what activities their staff is doing and report to the client. Pros the AI that is built into the reporting aspects and the ability to GPS locate the incident is amazing Cons We have not experienced any negative aspects since we started using this, we have used this for a few years now and nothing negative has happened to us that I would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is top notch, program itself is elite. Highly recommend. Pros Vision is the most advanced program for guard companies I have ever come across. I have used several different products for guard touring and VI is light years ahead of the others. Highly recommend for any security guard company. Cons Absolutely nothing I genuinely have no issues with the system. Anything I was not clear on was quickly explained by their team, specifically Thomas.
