My overall experience with Harmony has been very positive. It is a company that truly listens to its users and uses AI to solve real, tedious IT problems. While some features were still in development during my time using it (like the Asset Management), their responsiveness and ability to customize the platform to our specific needs made a huge difference. It feels like a partnership where the product evolves alongside our requirements.

Pros

What I liked most about Harmony is that they truly identify the needs of IT professionals, as if they were support engineers themselves. They provide solutions for the day-to-day issues we encounter and help us resolve them using AI in a fast and efficient manner. They take all our biggest pain points as IT and our manual tasks, taking care of them for us so that we can free up our time for more important daily projects. I loved that the process of building the platform for us is truly personalized, there is a lot of listening to the customer, and they make sure to solve every issue or claim we raise along the way. The product can be customized very quickly and easily, allowing us to use it in whatever way is most convenient for us.

Cons

Unfortunately, the product is relatively new and was missing an important Asset Management component. We built it together with the Harmony team, who were very attentive to our needs, but ultimately, it wasn't a pre-built feature in their product yet. As a result, it was a basic Asset Management tool without many of the features we actually needed. I am sure that they have progressed and evolved since then, and that their Asset Management looks completely different today. Ultimately, they fulfill customer requests as quickly as possible and are growing and developing at a rapid pace.

One of the best product experiences I've had in B2B software, maybe even in general. The amount of great feedback we've got internally is mind blowing

Pros

It just works! An amazing product and a great team that is building it. We are using it in so many use cases today that it is eseentially part of our company.

Cons

None. The product is well build, onboarding process was buttery smooth, the team on the Harmony side is great to work with.

Harmony has been easy to navigate and seems to offer useful features for our team. We’re still exploring its full capabilities, but so far it’s been a smooth experience. A solid option worth exploring for teams looking for a streamlined workflow solution.

Pros

The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to get started without much training. It includes a solid set of features like ticket management and collaboration tools, which seem helpful. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful when needed.

Cons

At this stage, we’re still exploring the full capabilities of the product, so it’s a bit early to identify clear drawbacks. Some areas may require deeper testing to fully understand their flexibility and limitations.

Pros

Harmony is a very powerful producr that really automates IT end to end. It saves us time and the employees are getting faster response times and resolution. The Harmony team is great and onboarding was a breeze.

Overall, a very positive experience. Harmony simplifies the support process, improves accessibility for end users, and integrates well with existing tools. It reduces friction in ticket submission and helps standardize workflows.

Pros

Easy to implement, intuitive interface, strong Slack integration, and helps streamline ticket intake and routing with minimal setup

Pros

First and foremost the best part of Harmony is the ability for the Harmony agent to automate the quick and easy tickets. Particularly in my environment it cuts down on a massive amount of tickets for us that we would manually need to handle before. The 'easy' tickets like access issues, or computer lockouts, or simple troubleshooting tickets are easily solved by harmony. Normally we'd have to manually give access, or give the user troubleshooting steps. But now harmony handles that for us - very quickly as well.

Cons

That harmony AI agent can take some time to get adjusted to your own environment, and how you use various tools and give accesses. However once it's up and running it's very efficient.

Harmony reduced manual work and searching information in several systems, and automated access requests for our team, along with giving us the option to use both its ML general knowledge of IT troubleshooting along with a wiki of ready answers and responses, reducing the amount of tickets we need to resolve manually by dozens of tickets monthly!

Pros

Access and Role automations - Clear and easy. Other systems require using a template at best and customizing access for potentially hundreds of apps, and in Harmony you simply set an owner to the app - and it takes care of the rest for future access requests, including group-specific IDP provisioning! Seamless many-integrated Asset management - 5 systems integrated into one show you all the information you need on an asset we have. Their team - both engineering and support - are small but great. We have received a wholesome experience asking to resolve bugs and implement new features, and the speed of their resolution on our vast amount of requests was crazy good. I've never met this level of efficiency with a SaaS support/engineering team in my entire work as an IT professional!

Cons

Some missing features: custom emojis, Guest Slack users are not properly assigned in the app, and automated messages within the assigned "ticketing" channel skip Bot messaging.

Awesome for IT all in one(almost) is an amazing tool, we use it daily to manage apps onboarding and tickets

Pros

Harmony Cutes 20% of my day-to-day tickets, the AI understands the endpoint users and solves the request in no time.

Cons

Assent management is not the best can be improved. It's a little bit messy. Will you get all the assets users are using on their devices? Yes, would you be able to edit the columns? no

My overall experience with Harmony has been positive. I think it does a great job simplifying the support experience by letting users ask for help naturally and routing requests to the right team. When it works, it feels smooth and efficient. At the same time, there are still a few rough edges in parts of the product, especially around UI visibility and follow-up flows, so I see it as a strong solution that is already valuable and still improving

Pros

The strongest part, to me, is the combination of plain-language intake and smart routing: people can just describe the issue naturally, get immediate help on common requests, and more complex cases are routed to the right team with the context already captured. That means less confusion, less bouncing between departments, and less repeated explanation.

Cons

What I liked least about Harmony was that some parts of the experience still feel a bit unpolished, particularly the web UI and certain handoff flows between teams.

Its easy and friendly to use, customer service is great, its helping us implement best in class practices.

Harmony was easy to implement, the chat / conversation interaction is very easy and friendly for our company to work through, its easy and straightforward to integrate with other systems, manage permissions and inventory.

Cons

We experiences a couple of minor bugs at the beginning, but Harmony team immediately addressed them and communicated back.

overall it saves me a lot of time and it helps me be free from the IT waiting for attention, and also when the it is involved it is easier

Pros

it solves my issues automatically, when i need help i dont need to talk with the IT i can just solve it with th ai assitent

Cons

it misses some features like create your own automation. also the ui needs improvements sometime the data is not accurate

Setup was super easy, very good and beneficial product. The chatbot I use directly from slack. No need to go to JIRA or somewhere else in order to open a ticket. Plus, you can ask everything you want to know about IT stuff

Pros

Harmony helps create tickets without any complexities and very easily via the chatbot. Usually, IT tickets to go through a long manual process. And with Harmony, it closes this process end-to-end

Cons

Would like to have more uses of their product, not only IT. For instance using it for marketing and HR tasks.

Very good experience, highlighting available team to any issue or question, a lot of updates and features released almost on a daily basis.

Pros

How they used AI to actually help the IT department day to day job, remove clutter, make automations easy and simple.

Cons

There is no thing I can say I liked "least." The app does what it should do, there is always a place for improvements, but not something that warrants mention.

Pros

Harmony is well tailored to the organization’s needs, providing a single ticketing platform that fits the way we work. Both the user interface and the ticket submission portal are easy to use, and the bot chat helps employees resolve initial issues by providing helpful tools and guidance.

Cons

The reporting capabilities are limited, and extracting data sometimes requires manual work. It would be great to have full control to create custom workflows, allowing me to automate my processes as much as possible.
