### "AI-first help desk that handles the routine work for a lean IT team"

October 30, 2026

5.0

We switched to Harmony in March 2026 to support about 240 people at a venture firm. Before that, access requests, onboarding and phishing reports were scattered across channels. Now everything runs through one queue and the AI does the repetitive provisioning work. That gives our small team time for infrastructure, security and compliance work.

Pros

The AI agent takes real work off our team. Routine app access requests and adding people to identity-provider groups get resolved without a technician touching them. Ticket management is clean: email to our IT inbox, new-hire tickets from Rippling, and security alerts from Google Workspace and Allure all land in one desk with SLAs and time-zone routing for our US and India team. It’s easy to use, and the knowledge base lets the AI handle requests specific to our firm.

Cons

Could use legacy email functionality so users can interact with those who aren't comfortable speaking to an AI agent.

### "Harmony, the future of IT"

October 28, 2026

5.0

Wonderful. I'm very happy working with this app. The experience of working with the app is very good. It helps a lot day to day.

Pros

Their app is very helpful and easy to use. It can create very fast an agent that connects to other platforms like JumpCloud.

Cons

Nothing. I think the app is working very well. There is nothing wrong or something that could be improved.

Overall, the experience has been super positive. The team have been very helpful and responsive issues I have raised

Pros

Automations out of the box. Solves issues I didn't even know I had. The AI is reponsive and accurate

Cons

Overall, the product is good. The area I like least is the asset management it's not yet at a level of an out of the box solution

### "Harmony its amazing"

October 20, 2026

5.0

Since the beginning, the transition from our old ITSM to Harmony has been really great, and the Harmony team helps us daily.

Pros

The Harmony team's support is amazing. Anytime you need a new feature or you have any issues, the team comes back really quickly

Cons

I really don't have anything on this. The system is amazing; Harmony's capabilities are amazing, and the support its amazing.

satisfied, very good! they worked very hard to help us implement and fit systems best as it can to our needs and scenarios while providing new features and capabilities that will suit both us and the general users using Harmony.

Pros

The AI Capabilities, the triage of tickets and ability to catch trends while they are happen and notify the team to take action accordingly.

Cons

In terms of administrator of the system, to handle tickets is a bit hard as the view is very limited and 70 precent of it is the chat of the reporter with Harmony ai agent

### "Fast rollout, great access-request workflows"

October 14, 2026

5.0

Harmony runs our IT helpdesk for a hybrid Israel/US team. The migration was smooth, and the access-request workflows tied to Entra groups have made identity and access handling cleaner and easier to audit, which matters for our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 work. Strong choice for a lean IT team that wants to move quickly.

Pros

We moved off ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus to Harmony and the rollout was fast. Going live didn't turn into a months-long project. Access requests are the standout: we set up per-app request flows mapped to our Entra ID groups, so approvals and provisioning follow the same structure we already use for identity. Onboarding, offboarding and role-change forms were quick to build and are easy for employees to use.

Cons

The knowledge base is the weakest part. It's fine for basic articles but behind what we need for self-service documentation. As a younger product it's still missing some features you'd take for granted in more established ITSM platforms, though the gaps are narrowing.

### "Agentic AI - It's like a member of staff!"

October 14, 2026

5.0

Harmony solves a big issue surrounding requests for us. Before Harmony, our team spent most of their day fulfilling requests for software / licenses as well as simple troubleshooting such as password resets. Now, our team can focus on problem management and service improvement initiatives.

Pros

It's ease of use to build workflows (copilot), the agentic AI features and the integrations with our tech stack such as Okta, Slack and Active Directory etc. It acts like a first line member of staff, which is great when you have such a small team to deal with everyday issues. The AI agent deals with most of our issues flawlessly, completing requests almost instantly. The support from the Harmony team has also been incredible whilst onboarding us. Even when the platform doesn't quite have what we require, after a short amount of time, the team manage to find a solution and build something that fits for us.

Cons

There's not much to dislike about Harmony. Sometimes the layout of the menus or options can be a little awkward such as options not being where you think they should be. However, the team are actively working on this to make the UI more intuitive.

### "AI-Powered Efficiency Boost for IT Management"

May 25, 2026

5.0

I use Harmony as our IT ticketing and assets system. It optimizes our ticketing, and the AI helps us resolve tickets before they even reach an IT agent. I like the UI and how easy it is to use. Also, I like the many customization options, allowing me to add missing features with Harmony's support team or by myself using workflows. We've integrated Intune, AD, Jira, Teams, Slack, and more into Harmony.

Pros

I like the user interface and how easy it is to use. I also appreciate the many customization options in Harmony. If anything is missing, I can always add it, either with the great support team or by myself using the workflows. The AI capabilities are useful and have improved our efficiency. The initial setup was pretty easy and quick.

Cons

There aren't many, but maybe making integrations more accessible. For example, allowing us as admins to add custom integrations so we can integrate as many systems into Harmony.

### "Harmony - Exodigo"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Intuitive and easy system, UI is friendly and filters make it efficient. The agent saves us time, and let us avoid common tasks / easy issues, and keeps us the challenging ones.

Pros

I very much liked their AI agent, which can solves the user issues before it reaches the support team. Their automations are also very great and saves us a lot of time.

Cons

Harmony currently lacks reports, which can be useful for weekly or monthly digestion of tickets, common and repetitive issues and how can we avoid them.

### "Harmony review"

March 18, 2026

5.0

Harmony is solving the problem of overloaded IT and operations teams dealing with repetitive, manual requests. By automating these tasks, it reduces response times from hours (or days) to minutes, improves user experience, and allows teams to focus on higher-value work instead of routine support. This leads to greater efficiency, lower operational costs, and better scalability without needing to grow headcount

Pros

What stands out most is the automation through AI agents. Instead of just assisting support teams, Harmony actually executes tasks end-to-end, which significantly reduces manual workload. The ability to resolve common IT requests instantly and continuously learn from interactions makes it feel like a true “autonomous IT layer,” not just another helpdesk tool

Cons

One concern is the level of trust and reliability in full automation. Claims like resolving the majority of tickets autonomously sound great, but in complex real-world environments, edge cases and failures can be risky. There’s also potential friction around integration depth and customization, especially for organizations with complicated or legacy systems

### "IT Magic Done Right"

March 25, 2026

5.0

Harmony reduced manual work and searching information in several systems, and automated access requests for our team, along with giving us the option to use both its ML general knowledge of IT troubleshooting along with a wiki of ready answers and responses, reducing the amount of tickets we need to resolve manually by dozens of tickets monthly!

Pros

Access and Role automations - Clear and easy. Other systems require using a template at best and customizing access for potentially hundreds of apps, and in Harmony you simply set an owner to the app - and it takes care of the rest for future access requests, including group-specific IDP provisioning! Seamless many-integrated Asset management - 5 systems integrated into one show you all the information you need on an asset we have. Their team - both engineering and support - are small but great. We have received a wholesome experience asking to resolve bugs and implement new features, and the speed of their resolution on our vast amount of requests was crazy good. I've never met this level of efficiency with a SaaS support/engineering team in my entire work as an IT professional!

Cons

Some missing features: custom emojis, Guest Slack users are not properly assigned in the app, and automated messages within the assigned "ticketing" channel skip Bot messaging.

### "Up and running in a day, 50% of tickets handled automatically in a week"

March 12, 2026

5.0

Our IT team was buried in repetitive, low-value tickets. The kind of requests that take two minutes to resolve but add up to hours every day. Harmony automated the bulk of that in the first week itself, freeing the team to focus on projects that actually require their expertise. Beyond ticket volume, we also consolidated tools. Service desk, asset management, and software management now live in one place instead of three, which cuts context-switching and gives us a single view of our IT environment.

Pros

The setup speed is unlike anything I've seen in this category. We were live the same day we started onboarding - no implementation project, no professional services, no long configuration checklist. You connect your tools, set up your service catalog, and you're done. But the real standout is the AI agents. They're not a feature you need to train or tune for months before seeing results. They came ready. By the end of our first week, 50% of incoming tickets were being resolved automatically - password resets, access requests, software provisioning - without anyone on the team touching them. That kind of immediate impact is rare.

Cons

The platform is moving fast, which is mostly a good thing, but it also means some features are still maturing. Occasionally you want a configuration option or a reporting view that isn't quite there yet. That said, the team is responsive and things tend to get built quickly.

### "The ticking system of the AI era"

March 17, 2026

5.0

Very good experience, highlighting available team to any issue or question, a lot of updates and features released almost on a daily basis.

Pros

How they used AI to actually help the IT department day to day job, remove clutter, make automations easy and simple.

Cons

There is no thing I can say I liked "least." The app does what it should do, there is always a place for improvements, but not something that warrants mention.

Harmony provides a smart way to manage IT operations in one place. The platform brings together service management, device management, and automation tools, helping IT teams handle requests and processes more efficiently. It’s a clear, well-designed solution for organizations looking to streamline their IT workflows and reduce manual work.

Pros

The platform brings multiple IT management capabilities into one place and makes processes easier to manage through automation.

Cons

### "A modern way to manage your assets"

April 10, 2026

5.0

I had a great overall experience. It has a good UX/UI and is a modern product with integrations for most of the popular SaaS tools used by companies today.

Pros

It's an easy-to-setup product; you can connect your entire tech stack in 30–60 minutes, and overall, it is a very user-friendly system. It is also incredibly helpful to have both asset management and an ITSM system combined into a single tool, as it gives you full context about the assets a employe has. Additionally, the peripheral accessory discovery and AI IT support assistant are great features that save a lot of time.

Cons

The only downside is that they currently do not have auto-discovery with spend management systems. However, I am sure this gap will be closed soon. That said, it's not a big deal—you can still simply drop in your PDF invoices, and all the data will be mapped automatically.

### "Harmony Review- the next gen service desk!"

April 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Harmony has been very positive. It is a company that truly listens to its users and uses AI to solve real, tedious IT problems. While some features were still in development during my time using it (like the Asset Management), their responsiveness and ability to customize the platform to our specific needs made a huge difference. It feels like a partnership where the product evolves alongside our requirements.

Pros

What I liked most about Harmony is that they truly identify the needs of IT professionals, as if they were support engineers themselves. They provide solutions for the day-to-day issues we encounter and help us resolve them using AI in a fast and efficient manner. They take all our biggest pain points as IT and our manual tasks, taking care of them for us so that we can free up our time for more important daily projects. I loved that the process of building the platform for us is truly personalized, there is a lot of listening to the customer, and they make sure to solve every issue or claim we raise along the way. The product can be customized very quickly and easily, allowing us to use it in whatever way is most convenient for us.

Cons

Unfortunately, the product is relatively new and was missing an important Asset Management component. We built it together with the Harmony team, who were very attentive to our needs, but ultimately, it wasn't a pre-built feature in their product yet. As a result, it was a basic Asset Management tool without many of the features we actually needed. I am sure that they have progressed and evolved since then, and that their Asset Management looks completely different today. Ultimately, they fulfill customer requests as quickly as possible and are growing and developing at a rapid pace.

### "Harmony - your IT Buddy. "

March 27, 2026

5.0

Beyond the software, the white-glove support provided during the Implementation and Proof of Concept (POC) phases ensures a seamless transition with zero downtime. By partnering with dedicated product experts to tailor the environment to our specific workflows, we can validate the AI’s impact in real-time—guaranteeing that the system is fully optimized for our team’s needs before a full-scale rollout.

Pros

By prioritizing intuitive ease of use alongside deep AI implementation, the platform transforms the IT service desk from a reactive cost center into a proactive powerhouse. This synergy allows for the automated triaging and instant resolution of common queries, drastically shortening IT response times and freeing up human agents to focus on high-impact strategic projects.

Cons

Gemini said Switching from Pay-per-User (SaaS standard) to Pay-per-Agent (often found in Help Desks, Call Centers, or AI automation) is a strategic move that can significantly reduce overhead if your team structure matches specific criteria. Here is a detailed breakdown of why this shift matters and how to evaluate it.

### "The NEXT AI IT"

March 30, 2026

5.0

Gemini said Harmony is a powerful, "set-it-and-forget-it" technical partner that handles the heavy lifting so I can focus on work.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Harmony is how it effectively serves as an invisible IT department, providing a robust, enterprise-grade infrastructure that requires zero manual maintenance. The cloud-native design and AI-driven automation handle everything from threat prevention to system updates in the background, allowing me to focus entirely on my work without worrying about hardware failures or security vulnerabilities. It bridges the technical gap perfectly for smaller teams, offering a "set-it-and-forget-it" reliability that is rare for such a powerful and sophisticated platform.

Cons

The main "challenge" with Harmony is simply its incredible depth; it is so feature-rich and professional-grade that the initial learning curve can feel a bit steep without a dedicated IT team to guide you. Because the platform offers such granular control and high-end automation, it takes a moment to fully master its vast potential. However, this is ultimately a positive, as it ensures you’ll never outgrow the system's capabilities, providing a sophisticated technical ceiling that gives your projects plenty of room to evolve.

### "IT Specialist"

March 24, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Harmony has been positive. I think it does a great job simplifying the support experience by letting users ask for help naturally and routing requests to the right team. When it works, it feels smooth and efficient. At the same time, there are still a few rough edges in parts of the product, especially around UI visibility and follow-up flows, so I see it as a strong solution that is already valuable and still improving

Pros

The strongest part, to me, is the combination of plain-language intake and smart routing: people can just describe the issue naturally, get immediate help on common requests, and more complex cases are routed to the right team with the context already captured. That means less confusion, less bouncing between departments, and less repeated explanation.

Cons

What I liked least about Harmony was that some parts of the experience still feel a bit unpolished, particularly the web UI and certain handoff flows between teams.

### ""Harmony Automates Quick Tickets and Cuts Down Manual Work""

March 25, 2026

5.0

Pros

First and foremost the best part of Harmony is the ability for the Harmony agent to automate the quick and easy tickets. Particularly in my environment it cuts down on a massive amount of tickets for us that we would manually need to handle before. The 'easy' tickets like access issues, or computer lockouts, or simple troubleshooting tickets are easily solved by harmony. Normally we'd have to manually give access, or give the user troubleshooting steps. But now harmony handles that for us - very quickly as well.

Cons

That harmony AI agent can take some time to get adjusted to your own environment, and how you use various tools and give accesses. However once it's up and running it's very efficient.

### "AI IT tool"

March 24, 2026

5.0

The R&D team is very receptive to our ideas; if there are any issues, they are very responsive and quick to resolve them.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Harmony is its high degree of adjustability and the vast range of integrations available. Additionally, the team is very proactive and receptive to developing new features based on user needs

Cons

Nothing, they are very open-minded toward their clients. They are still new, so they are adding a lot of value for new clients.
