Analytics track MTTR, MTTA, incident volume by severity, and on-call fairness scores, giving engineering leaders visibility into response performance and team health. Structured post-incident reviews with auto-generated timelines help teams learn from every incident. Integrations include Jira, Google Meet, Datadog, Sentry, and Prometheus.
