The only con i can think of would be that it's difficult to get support within 24-48 hours as their support calendars to request a support appointment are usually booked out about 1 week in advance. My UPS store number #1564. She allowed me to share my screen and walked through all the steps. She will even back date data from last week which is missing for me as well. I did not have to follow the QRG that UPS gave as well. Pros I really like how it does everything for you in terms of moving your data over. There was an issue for 4/19 but the representative told they are working on it and will fix it. Cons Occasionally the errors can get a bit annoying but other than that, I do not have any complaints about automate.
