At first they told me it was an accounting problem because they weren't familiar with it. So I dove deep into this problem and was able to diagnose the problem. Once I figured it out Autymate's support staff helped me get my books corrected. I'm excited to finally have it fixed. They really helped The UPS Store #1988. I really like being able to do a zoom call. I feel like it helps move the troubleshooting and problem solving along quickly. Much faster than emails and phone calls. Pros Autymate support is very helpful. They are quick to respond and help especially when I have an urgent problem. I like how simple it is. It puts in the data for each day saving me a lot of time. It is alway quick and clean. This makes it easier to go through my books and check for accuracy as well. They have saved me a lot of time over the last year and a half. Cons A tutorial through the website would have been very helpful. It is an automated system so I don't have to get on there very often, but to know how to check a few things or troubleshoot would be nice. It works great transferring my transactions from The UPS Store systems to my QuickBooks. It is automatic and worry-free. Cons We recently had some problems generated by The UPS Systems that stopped the transfer of information to QBO. At the beginning it was a little hard to connect with Autymate; however, once I was able to connect, they were on top of the problem until it was fixed. I'm a UPS store 7428 owner and I'm very happy that I went with Autymate for my POS data synchs into my QB account. Cons Nothing thus far. I've been with Autymate for almost 8 months and no issues other than then reporting in QB one or 2 times but they were very helpful in getting that corrected ASAP. Pros The Customer Service is wonderful and helped me solve my reporting issue in just a few minutes. When everything is set up correctly it seamlessly sends our POS data to quickbooks. Cons It tends to Log out and have to log back in. I also would prefer that the online login could be on chrome instead of edge. Most of my problems are user error in the end. Pros I was struggling with the other integration software before coming to Autymate. Its so seamless that autymate is taking care of everything behind the screen unless you get any mail. Setting up consultation so easy and never disappointed with the service that is provided. Very knowledgeable and quick in fixing the issues. Once its a nightmare and always back of my mind now its so beautiful that i can concentrate on the other things. Cons It doesn't have dashboard kind of thing where i can see all the information at one place. also it doesn't show the data that entered into QB.
