I have had a couple experiences with Autymate they have all been positive. I just logged into the wrong meeting with them but \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me anyway. She solved my month long problem in about 60 seconds

very responsive and knowledgeable there is nothing that you can call about where they don't have the answer

nothing comes to mind except it is so automated that you don't realize if there is an issue until you have burned some time

100% positive. I am glad i signed up for the service. The time I have saved by autymating my bookkeeping has allowed me to save cost on additional staff to help run my store.

Pros

Autymate delivers outstanding support and service everytime I need support or have a question. Autymate has significantly reduced the time needed to do bookkeeping for my business. Overall I am very happy with the service.

Cons

Overall Autymate has done a great job. The only con i can think of would be that it's difficult to get support within 24-48 hours as their support calendars to request a support appointment are usually booked out about 1 week in advance.

I am from store 1826. It was quick and easy. The meetings are painless and pretty straightforward and the staff is so nice and patient.

Pros

To be able to not have to worry about the program takes away all the frustration of bookkeeping - knowing I can check in once a month to make sure it's running smoothly.

Cons

I wish recalling missed data was alot easier to fix with a phone call or email rather than having to always schedule a meeting each time. Its just the waiting in between that can make you antzy.

While Autymate has streamlined many processes, improvements in speed and occasional syncing delays with QuickBooks would make the experience even smoother. Faster real-time updates would be a big win for busy stores. Expanding training resources and onboarding support for new users would be helpful, especially for teams less familiar with accounting systems. Additional integrations with other tools used in-store could also add value.

Overall, setting up autymate was very very easy with the representative. My UPS store number #1564. She allowed me to share my screen and walked through all the steps. She will even back date data from last week which is missing for me as well. I did not have to follow the QRG that UPS gave as well.

Pros

I really like how it does everything for you in terms of moving your data over. There was an issue for 4/19 but the representative told they are working on it and will fix it.

Cons

Occasionally the errors can get a bit annoying but other than that, I do not have any complaints about automate.

Their service is most amazing \[sensitive content hidden\] always does fantastic job. It peace of mind to get data from MPOS into QB.

Cons

The only con is that whenever data does not goes through and fails to get into QB then there is not way user can fix it and resubmit on his/her side but schedule call to get resolve, which girls always takes care off in immediate effect but it's little hassle there.

Pros

Autymate seamlessly transfers our store sales into QuickBooks. There customer service is great, very easy to schedule meetings and connect with a real person. Highly recommend.

Cons

I've had no issues with Autymate. Anytime we do run into issues, we can easily schedule a zoom call, usually within 1 business day and can connect with an agent where we can screen share, making the process very simple

I had a problem with my books for a year and a half. At first they told me it was an accounting problem because they weren't familiar with it. So I dove deep into this problem and was able to diagnose the problem. Once I figured it out Autymate's support staff helped me get my books corrected. I'm excited to finally have it fixed. They really helped The UPS Store #1988. I really like being able to do a zoom call. I feel like it helps move the troubleshooting and problem solving along quickly. Much faster than emails and phone calls.

Pros

Autymate support is very helpful. They are quick to respond and help especially when I have an urgent problem. I like how simple it is. It puts in the data for each day saving me a lot of time. It is alway quick and clean. This makes it easier to go through my books and check for accuracy as well. They have saved me a lot of time over the last year and a half.

Cons

A tutorial through the website would have been very helpful. It is an automated system so I don't have to get on there very often, but to know how to check a few things or troubleshoot would be nice.

It has been great. I have owned my The UPS Store for two years and so far, my connection failed once; at it was not an Autymate problem.

Pros

My Autymate has been a Connect and Forget relationship! It works great transferring my transactions from The UPS Store systems to my QuickBooks. It is automatic and worry-free.

Cons

We recently had some problems generated by The UPS Systems that stopped the transfer of information to QBO. At the beginning it was a little hard to connect with Autymate; however, once I was able to connect, they were on top of the problem until it was fixed.

Overall, my experience with Autymate was very positive. It appeared to be a useful and effective tool for supporting workflow, improving organization, and helping daily operations run more smoothly at UPS Store 6835. It was a beneficial system and a good addition to the work environment.

Pros

What I liked most about Autymate was how organized and user-friendly it felt. It helped streamline day-to-day tasks and made communication and workflow more efficient for UPS Store 6835. The platform also seemed very helpful for keeping operations consistent and easy to manage.

Cons

One area that could be improved was that some features took a little time to fully learn at first, but overall it became much easier with use. Even with that, Autymate still provided a positive experience and showed strong value for UPS Store 6835.
