With StackBox TMS the first cut is ready in minutes, and it is a better plan than we were putting together by hand. We are getting trucks out of the yard earlier and arguing about routes a lot less. Cons So far everything is working as we expected and further if we require anything new change they are implementing immediately, hence nothing is least like as of now. Pros SBX TMS is very useful, as it easily tracks our trucks, the GPS of the trucks, the driver details & the delivery status -- all in real-time! It also improves continuously with several updates to improve the overall experience. Customer service is also top-notch as the team is always readily available to help us. Cons Sometimes, SBX updates suddenly without notice, or randomly cannot login, and we're stuck with seeking help from the support team.
