My overall experience with ClearBounce has been very positive. I used it to verify and clean an email list before sending an email campaign. The process was simple and the results were easy to understand. After filtering my list with ClearBounce, I sent emails to the verified addresses and did not receive any bounced emails from those addresses. It has made me more confident about the quality of my email lists and has been a useful part of my email campaign workflow.

Pros

Easy to use and makes email verification straightforward. It helped me identify and remove invalid email addresses for bulk email send. I particularly liked the clear verification results.

Cons

My experience so far has been very smooth. Setup was quick, the ChatGPT integration worked immediately, and I was able to use ClearBounce on real B2B contacts within minutes. For my workflow, email verification is a quality gate before outbound messages are sent, so being able to check an address directly inside the same conversation where the account is being researched is extremely useful. The combination of straightforward results, good pricing and AI/MCP integration makes ClearBounce particularly practical for this kind of workflow.

Pros

The biggest advantage for me is how easily ClearBounce fits into an existing AI-assisted sales workflow. I connected it directly with ChatGPT and can verify a business email without leaving the conversation or switching between tools. The results are fast and easy to interpret, with deliverability status, mailbox checks, catch-all detection and a quality score all returned together. The pricing is also very attractive compared with several other verification services I evaluated.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the explanation around edge cases such as an address being accepted while the domain is also marked as catch-all. A little more guidance on how to interpret those mixed signals would make the results even easier to use operationally.

Very positive. It is one of those tools that does a fairly simple job, but does it well. We use it before sending campaigns to clean up email lists and remove addresses that are likely to cause problems. It is quick, easy to understand and has helped us keep bounce rates under control. I also like that you don’t need to spend ages learning how to use it. You can pretty much start using it straight away.

Pros

What I like most is how easy it is to use. You upload or check an email, get a clear result, and can quickly decide whether you want to include it in a campaign. We started using ClearBounce because we wanted to cut down on bad email addresses and avoid unnecessary bounces. It has been very useful for that. It saves time, gives us more confidence in our lists and is reasonably priced for what it does

Cons

There really isn’t much I dislike. Some catch-all email addresses naturally come back with less certainty, but that is true of email verification generally. If anything, I would like a little more detail on some of the borderline results.

Pros

It is easy to use and the verification was quick. I tried with a sample of 100 emails for the first time and I was quite happy about it.

Cons

The unverified/ undeliverable emails should be clear with source. Anyway gmail allows us to know if any email sent is bounced. When we do it as a precheck it should be very clear - correct or incorrect

API was easy to use, provides much better email verification service than competitors like mailtester.ninja.

Pros

Bounce rate decreased dramatically. You pay per use, which is much better than having to maintain a subscription.

Cons

Overall, I have no major complaints. The pricing was reasonable compared to other providers and the API was easy to use.

We often get old exported lists from clients that we need to import into modern CRMs and clearbounce is a great first pass filter to exclude names likely to bounce.

Cons

Have not found any cons yet, current founders pricing is great and still farily reasonable after that.

My overall experience like i mentioned earlies was pretty good and i would like to continue to keep using this.

Pros

Well its easy to use and interface is pretty good. the email verification tools responds quickly and you can verify multiple individual emails at once which many platforms don't provide. the bounce rate is negligible.

Cons

There are only two main problems i have faced up until today . first is that the website is down a lot of days and second it takes a while for it to verify emails from certain countries.

What I liked most is the highly accurate catch-all email detection. Unlike other verification tools that simply flag catch-all domains as "risky" and leave you guessing, ClearBounce runs provider-specific checks (like Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo) to give a definitive answer. Additionally, the bulk verification process is extremely fast, the user interface is clean, and setting up the API integration takes only about 15 minutes.

Cons

While the overall 99.5% accuracy rate is fantastic, the verification precision specifically for deeply "risky" or "unknown" email addresses could still be slightly improved.

ClearBounce is very easy to use and the interface looks clean and modern. The verification process is fast, especially when checking large email lists. Quick note on the Unknown/Risky question: these categories are largely driven by catch-all servers and enterprise filters (Mimecast and similar) that intentionally do not give a clear delivery signal — every verifier in the market deals with the same constraint, and perfect classification of these is technically not possible. Overall, ClearBounce offers excellent value for the price. It's fast, efficient, and does exactly what it promises. If they can limit down "unknown" results, it would be a perfect tool for any email marketing campaign

Pros

Honestly, I initially tried ClearBounce just for testing purposes, but I was genuinely impressed by the value it delivers. The platform is very user-friendly and handles multiple files simultaneously without any issues. The bounce rate is remarkably low, and the email verification scoring feature is a great added bonus

Cons

There are some inaccuracies with the "unknown" and "risky" tags. When I cross-referenced these with other verification tools, they were clearly identified as valid or invalid with much more detail. The "unknown" label feels a bit vague and could be more specific, maybe they can improve day by day
