Es una herramienta confiable que cumple bien con lo que promete y facilita bastante el trabajo. Considero que es una muy buena opción para quienes buscan algo funcional, claro y eficiente. Pros Lo que más me gustó de Serenna es su facilidad de uso. La interfaz es bastante intuitiva, lo que permite adaptarse rápidamente sin necesidad de una curva de aprendizaje muy larga. También destaco la organización de la información y las herramientas que ofrece para optimizar procesos, que realmente ayudan a ahorrar tiempo. Además, se nota que es un software pensado para ser práctico en el día a día. Cons En general no encontré grandes puntos negativos. Quizás al inicio toma un poco de tiempo explorar todas las funcionalidades para aprovecharlo al máximo, pero una vez que te familiarizas, la experiencia mejora con creces.
