Perfect for my small business. Rebill has made it so simple to collect deposits and track payments. Pros So far this invoicing software has been straightforward and easy to use. Once the initial set-up is done, it's incredibly quick and easy to create professional invoices and record payments. The pricing is great for a small business offers such good value for money. Cons I've only had one issue which started with me accidentally adding the wrong manual payment that couldn't be edited. However, the support team was incredibly prompt in resolving this and actually added a feature to prevent this issue from happening again. Rebill saves me time every week and removes a lot of the stress around managing invoices and payments. As a therapist, I want to spend my energy with my clients, not doing admin, and this system helps with that. It feels reliable, easy to use, and thoughtfully designed for small practices that just need billing to work properly. I would definitely recommend it to other therapists or small service-based practices looking for a straightforward way to manage their invoices and payments. Pros Rebill has made the admin side of my counselling and play therapy practice so much easier. In private practice you already juggle appointments, parents, notes, and emotional work with children, so having billing that just works in the background is a huge relief. What I appreciate most is how simple it is to send invoices and keep track of payments. My clients can pay easily and I don’t have to chase payments nearly as much as before. It’s also very clear and straightforward to use, even if you’re not very technical. Cons Rebill doesn’t have all the built-in practice management features you might find in some of the larger systems that combine scheduling, notes, and billing. That said, the custom fields have actually allowed me to set things up in a way that works well for my practice. As the system has grown and more features were added, it did start to feel a bit more complex than in the beginning, but the option to hide features you don’t use keeps the interface clean and helps me stay focused on what I actually need. In summarizing previous pros and cons, it does a good job of simplifying billing and client invoicing with very minimal road blocks. Setup was quick and it doesn't have the complications of a larger financial app. Pros The invoicing and recurring billing are very straightforward to set up, and payments are easy to track. I like having everything in one place instead of using multiple apps for my needs and Rebill has all of that. The clean and simple look is efficient for freelancers like me. Cons The app is still quite new, so there's some growing pains and features I can think of that I would like, but, nothing significant stands out as a con.
