Worksdone has simplified the way our team works. Having all the essential tools in one platform saves time and reduces complexity. The onboarding is straightforward and you're up and running quickly. The UI is very modern and easy to work with and the UX is brilliant.

Pros

What I like most is that Worksdone brings together time tracking, invoicing, client acquisition, staff planning, and absence management in one place. No more switching between tools or losing data along the workflow. It's clearly built for teams that want to manage their entire workflow without friction.

Cons

Some features are still evolving, you can tell the product is actively growing. More features will come soon.

Compared to tools like Odoo, ClickUp, and Awork, Worksdone offers a more complete solution for our needs. The others lack native invoicing and client acquisition features. With Worksdone, we don't need additional tools to cover the full workflow, from timetracking, team planning to invoice.

We migrated to worksdone, since we did not find an easy-to-use solution that does time registration as well as project management and -administration. Being one of the first users, some features are still in development, but what we have looks and feels great - users were able to work with it w/o long introductions, it feels very intuitive and is easy to use. Looking forward to using the KI, this will be another big advantage!
