Overall experience with 1Club is great, \[sensitive content hidden\] is very helpful and quite responsive, I look forward to growing with 1Club!

Pros

What isn't there to like about 1Club, it is an all in one package that hits all my check points - Ease of use - Cost - CRM - integrated payment gateways and more,,,

Cons

It is still developing so, sometimes there are little glitches and the member app is still not functioning yet

1club was very easy to set up and easy to use - members and staff love it. The communication tools are great - group messages, automated reminders, it all works. We are way more organized than before. I'd recommend it to any martial arts gym owner.

Pros

Great customer support. Easy integration from our previous system. Easy to use. Communication and follow up tools are very user friendly. Thorough payment management. Easy to use scheduling.

Cons

The things that we liked least were timely addressed by customer support and were changed according to our specifications and desires. We have not had an dealings with cons. Cons were turned into solutions.
