Pedra se ha convertido en una herramienta que utilizamos habitualmente en nuestro trabajo. Nos permite presentar mejor las viviendas y agilizar bastante la preparación del material fotográfico. La experiencia está siendo muy positiva y el trato recibido por parte de Félix siempre ha sido de diez.

Pros

La utilizamos principalmente como editor de fotografías para los inmuebles que tenemos a la venta y estamos muy satisfechos con el resultado. Es una herramienta muy fácil de utilizar, rápida y consigue mejorar notablemente la presentación de las fotografías. Para nuestro trabajo nos resulta muy útil y nos ayuda a mostrar los inmuebles de una forma mucho más cuidada y profesional.

Cons

La verdad es que, por ahora, no tenemos nada negativo que destacar. Además, la atención de Félix es excelente: siempre cercano, atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

excelente y sorprendente , no conozco programa de ia para conseguir estos resultados mejor en el mercado y he mirado algun otro.

agilidad en el manejo y opciones muy variadas para encontrar la que mas se adapta a lo que para cada propiedad busco

todo es ok no le encuentro peros, aunque seria fantásico si hubiese oportunidad de dar un valor a los muebles y objetos que se añaden cuando se amuebla una estancia,.

Ich bin begeistert mit welch wenigem Aufwand solche guten Ergebnisse für mich als Maklerin entstehen. Es ist nicht immer perfekt, aber nah dran und Aufwand - Nutzen - Faktor auf jeden Fall gut.

Es ist super einfach in der Bedienung und selbsterklärend. Ich komme gut mit der Bedienung nach kurzem Probieren zurecht.

Cons

Dass die Raumaufteilung nach der Bearbeitung nicht immer der Realität entspricht. Ich möchte möglichst realistische Bilder.

Overall, our experience with Pedra has been very positive. The software helps us create professional-looking marketing materials efficiently, and the responsive customer support gives us confidence whenever we need assistance. We would definitely recommend Pedra to other real estate professionals looking for an easy-to-use virtual staging solution.

Pros

We are very satisfied with Pedra. The virtual staging results are high quality, and the platform is easy to use. What stands out the most is the customer support. Whenever we had a question or something wasn't working as expected, the support team responded quickly and was always helpful in finding a solution.

Cons

The only downside for us is the AI video feature. It currently works best in landscape format. When we need a portrait version for social media, the video has to be cropped, which results in the image being zoomed in too much and losing important details.

Fotos die nicht so einfach zu stagen sind, werden vom Team sehr schnell und sehr gut bearbeitet. Auch bei anderen Fragen zum Account etc. bekommt man schnelle Antworten.

Pros

Einfache Bedienung, schnelle Umsetzung und sehr schöne Ergebnisse. Ich hab mehrere Tools getestet, aber Pedra war für mich am besten.

Cons

Es sollten mehr Einrichtungsvorschläge auswählbar sein und auch öfter mal wechseln, damit man nicht immer die gleichen Möbeln in verschiedenen Häusern hat.

I am extremely impressed with this AI application. It creates amazing videos from photos and produces professional-looking floor plans with very little effort. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and not complicated at all, making it accessible even for beginners. The quality of the results consistently exceeds my expectations. The videos are polished and engaging, and the floor plans look professional and accurate. What I appreciate most is how quickly I can achieve high-quality results without a steep learning curve. Customer support is another standout feature. The team is very responsive, answers questions promptly, and provides excellent assistance whenever needed. It's reassuring to know that help is available and that they genuinely care about their users' success.

I would prefer it to be cheaper as I want to make more videos but being self employed I have to wait for credits (I have the yearly plan)

Ottima esperienza, il programma è facile da utilizzare e richiede solo pochi minuti per elaborare le modifiche.

Pros

Pedra consente di mostrare diverse ipotesi di ristrutturazione ed arredo dell'immobile, facilitando notevolmente il cliente nella scelta.

Cons

Non vi è assolutamente nulla di negativo, il programma è facile da utilizzare e richiede solo pochi minuti per elaborare le modifiche.

Up to now very good and \[sensitive content hidden\] has been speedy and efficient answering all my queries and since joing has incorporated continual updates and improvements

Pros

The quick and easy use of all functions, especially for improving photography and using AI which is most of the time is very accurate, creating before and after photos, videos and the 360. It has improved my presentations and time spent working on it.

Cons

I would like to see a quicker and easier way to create floor plans automated from the 360s, but useful the function is there to create your own

Es muy práctico y funcional. Para todos es fácil de usar y no es un portal complejo. Además, su diseño intuitivo permite encontrar rápidamente lo que se busca, ahorrando tiempo y facilitando la navegación incluso para usuarios con poca experiencia.

Cons

En el momento de descargar las fotos, a veces descarga imágenes que no deseamos, lo que puede resultar poco práctico y obliga a revisar y filtrar el contenido posteriormente.

My experience with Pedra has been excellent from the very beginning. It has become a key tool in my day-to-day work, helping me differentiate my properties and provide added value to my clients. It’s easy to use, delivers high-quality results, and the team behind it truly cares about their clients. I’m extremely happy with the service and the results we are achieving.

Pros

What I value most about Pedra is how intuitive and efficient the platform is. It allows me to present properties in a much more visual and attractive way, which is key in the luxury real estate sector. The 3D modeling and furniture tools are excellent, and the final result really helps clients better understand the potential of each property. Also, the support team is outstanding, Félix in particular is a 10/10: always available, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to point out. If anything, I’d say that continuing to expand customization options and integrations would make it even more powerful.

Estoy muy satisfecho y lo recomiendo al 100%. Hace tiempo que lo estamos utilizando y todo genial. Además siempre nos sorprende con novedades interesantes y que no aumentan el coste.

Pros

La facilidad de uso y las múltiples opciones que tiene. Puedes retocar fotos, realizar decoración virtual, preparar videos con IA a través de fotos existentes, preparar las publicaciones para Instagram...

Cons

De momento no he encontrado ninguna desventaja. Realmente me parece un software muy completo que te evita utilizar varios programas.

Pros

Cons

The only thing I would change is, that if you‘re not happy with the result. You can get your credits back more easily. But that‘s all.
