Pros

Es muy práctico y funcional. Para todos es fácil de usar y no es un portal complejo. Además, su diseño intuitivo permite encontrar rápidamente lo que se busca, ahorrando tiempo y facilitando la navegación incluso para usuarios con poca experiencia.

Cons

En el momento de descargar las fotos, a veces descarga imágenes que no deseamos, lo que puede resultar poco práctico y obliga a revisar y filtrar el contenido posteriormente.

My experience with Pedra has been excellent from the very beginning. It has become a key tool in my day-to-day work, helping me differentiate my properties and provide added value to my clients. It’s easy to use, delivers high-quality results, and the team behind it truly cares about their clients. I’m extremely happy with the service and the results we are achieving.

Pros

What I value most about Pedra is how intuitive and efficient the platform is. It allows me to present properties in a much more visual and attractive way, which is key in the luxury real estate sector. The 3D modeling and furniture tools are excellent, and the final result really helps clients better understand the potential of each property. Also, the support team is outstanding, Félix in particular is a 10/10: always available, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to point out. If anything, I’d say that continuing to expand customization options and integrations would make it even more powerful.

J’importe la photo, je choisis un style, et l’outil génère un rendu réaliste, propre et immédiatement exploitable pour l’annonce. L’avant/après crée un vrai déclic : les acheteurs se projettent, les visites sont plus qualifiées, et les vendeurs comprennent instantanément la valeur ajoutée de mon accompagnement.

Pros

Pedra est un outil de virtual staging professionnel, rapide, simple et parfaitement adapté à la valorisation immobilière. Il permet de créer des visuels premium, d’accélérer la mise en ligne, d’améliorer la projection des acheteurs et de renforcer l’impact en rendez‑vous vendeur.

Cons

Pedra n’est pas parfait, mais entre de bonnes mains, il devient un outil extrêmement puissant pour révéler le potentiel d’un bien. Je sais exactement comment l’utiliser pour obtenir un rendu réaliste, attractif et parfaitement adapté à votre annonce.

Estoy muy satisfecho y lo recomiendo al 100%. Hace tiempo que lo estamos utilizando y todo genial. Además siempre nos sorprende con novedades interesantes y que no aumentan el coste.

Pros

La facilidad de uso y las múltiples opciones que tiene. Puedes retocar fotos, realizar decoración virtual, preparar videos con IA a través de fotos existentes, preparar las publicaciones para Instagram...

Cons

De momento no he encontrado ninguna desventaja. Realmente me parece un software muy completo que te evita utilizar varios programas.

Pros

I absolutely love working with Pedra.ai. The platform keeps improving continuously, and the level of quality it delivers is something I haven’t experienced with any other provider I’ve tried so far. On top of that, the communication is incredibly smooth, and support is always quick and helpful whenever needed.

Cons

The only thing I would change is, that if you‘re not happy with the result. You can get your credits back more easily. But that‘s all.
