And the support was in a different class. Pros Just what I have been waiting for. Such a straightforward and easy site to use. Customer service is exceptional too. Cons There's LOTS to look at. The Dropcue team have thoughtfully created a product that is incredibly helpful and educational. Pros Ease of updating, categorizing, and curating music and metadata. It's really a great tool. The stems, lyrics, and metadata functions are second to none. Cons None so far. I've been an early adopter and have been through a lot of the early bugs but the Dropcue team squashed those quickly and have released an impressive product. Customer service is wonderful, pricing is competitive, and the transition to it from my former way of working was relatively painless. The learning curve isn't steep, either, and there are tutorial vids that cover anything I've needed help with. Pros It really does everything I'm looking for in a music sharing/organizing platform. Sending music/playlists is so easy, and the delivery looks very pro. The AI metadata tagging is also fantastic and saves me a ton of time. Cons Can't say much on this. Compared to how I was doing these tasks prior to DropCue, it's hard to find anything worth mentioning that isn't great.
