They’re well managed. Gave me a written documented requirement so there was no confusion on what will be the end product. But moreover the entire journey was smooth until the project was deployed.

Pros

The voice agent for my Solar Business has reduced a tremendous amount of time and now I can focus more time on business development than answering cold calls.

Cons

There’s nothing to not like about them. I’m very satisfied with their customer service and the project that they have delivered for us.
