Pros I like simply rise because when I’m using it, it automatically prices up the materials and it renders the photos. I like it because it makes it look very professional. The mileage tracker is great. The estimator continues to improve. Very pleased overall and it has truly helped my remodeling business Pros The breakdown of the scope of work to be done is a great feature. Also, I had missed charging for material items such as drop cloth use, fasteners etc. Simply Wise helps to remember to add in the small things. Cons I’m not sure about new construction but often there are too many items or situations during a single estimate. I end up making a few estimates for the same client to cover all of the work. It would also be nice to see a more standard pricing for the particular area I am in. I’ve set my pricing over time but would be nice to see a comparison per generalized location.
