The connector enables integration between Salesforce and ServiceNow, allowing aligned processes and data consistency across both platforms. Quite easy to install. Good level of initial support

Pros

The connector integrates without major issues, and technical support is responsive and closely involved during the initial setup to ensure a proper implementation

Cons

The solution has shown stable performance; however, we are still awaiting bidirectional synchronization, which is required to complete the operational flow and fully realize the connector’s value.
