Any improvements or changes are relayed to the users as soon as they happen and the users feedback is very much taken in board, any requests for changes to the platform are done providing it is within the interest of all users and is possible to do. Pros It’s such an easy platform to use and it has everything I need to run my business effectively. I have all my information in 1 place. Cons There isn’t actually anything I don’t like about the platform, I only rated it 4 stars because this is still a fairly new platform and there are improvements that can be made but these are already under way and I believe the creators of bake that batter are doing everything they can to make these changes/improvements happen as quickly as possible and with as little disruption to its users as possible. I have never seen 2 people work harder than \[sensitive content hidden\] from getting it up and running from the beginning to the daily improvements from our requests. They genuinely care and want to make it the best. It is worth every penny and I LOVE it! Pros Very user friendly and very well designed, constant communication, constant improvement, always willing to take suggestions and input for improvement Cons Nothing-everything is great!
