Great! Our staff likes the ease of it and as owners, we like having so much information on our sales and products. Scotch has for sure been a faster and more efficient POS system.

Pros

So easy to use. All product information is in one place, no flipping back and forth between screens to find information. The front of store registers are extremely easy for our staff to use. Scanning invoices has cut receiving time in half.

Cons

As with any new program, there are things I'd like changed. Scotch has put in requests for how we'd like screens to look, or function, but nothing that we really don't like.
