Applicazione che nonostante sia facile da utilizzare, a prova di boomer, permette di ottenere risultati precisi.

Pros

Estremamente pragmatico, ordinato e completo (e molto analitico) di tutte quelle funzioni, di pricing e controllo di gestione, indispensabili per aziende legate al settore turistico ricettivo.

Cons

Peccato non averlo avuto a disposizione in un momento storico estremamente difficile come il 2020 e seguenti.

Esperienza molto positiva. Abbiamo iniziato a utilizzare il sistema gradualmente e già dopo poco tempo abbiamo avuto maggiore controllo sulle tariffe e meno lavoro manuale.

Pros

Quello che ho apprezzato di più di Santaddeo è la semplicità d’uso. Molti RMS sono complicati e richiedono settimane per essere capiti, mentre qui la logica è chiara fin da subito. Interessante anche il fatto che il sistema motivi le variazioni tariffarie.

Cons

Alcune sezioni potrebbero essere ancora più personalizzabili e forse ci sono piccoli dettagli grafici da migliorare un po'.

La nostra esperienza con Santaddeo è stata davvero positiva: il gestionale ci ha aiutato a semplificare il lavoro quotidiano, migliorare l’organizzazione e gestire gli appartamenti in modo più efficiente.

Pros

Il software è intuitivo, veloce e pensato davvero per le strutture ricettive. Ci aiuta a monitorare occupazione, prezzi e performance in modo semplice e chiaro, facendoci risparmiare molto tempo nella gestione quotidiana. Molto utile anche l’integrazione con il PMS e l’attenzione al revenue management, con strumenti concreti per migliorare il fatturato.

Cons

Onestamente facciamo fatica a trovare aspetti negativi. Il programma è completo, intuitivo e costantemente aggiornato. Anche l’assistenza è sempre disponibile e molto preparata, cosa oggi tutt’altro che scontata.
