Customer-specific pricing, structured user roles, approval workflows, and integration options were especially helpful for our industrial sales processes. Cons What we liked least is that some areas require a deeper setup effort than expected, especially when adapting workflows to very specific internal processes. There were some learning curves and coordination efforts, but the platform proved stable and capable for our needs. Pros The biggest strength of CosmoShop Shopsoftware for us is its focus on real B2B requirements instead of purely consumer-oriented commerce features. We value the possibilities for ERP connectivity, customer-specific pricing models, permissions, and workflow-oriented ordering processes. Cons The system is not overly simple, and that can be noticeable during onboarding and day-to-day administration.
