Overall, our experience with Mulwi has been very positive. Customer requests and setup changes are usually handled within a day or two, which has made day-to-day operations smooth and predictable. The customer support team has consistently been excellent — responsive and knowledgeable. The main downside is that it's a bit pricier than some alternatives, but the reliability and support quality make it a worthwhile trade-off.

Pros

Customer support has been excellent — fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we've had questions or run into issues.

Cons

Ich nutze Mulwi für meinen Shopify-Shop zur Übergabe der Produktdaten an Google Shopping. Die App ist flexibel und besonders für individuelle Feed-Anpassungen sehr hilfreich. Der Support hat bei mehreren technischen Details direkt geholfen, die Änderungen geprüft und zusätzlich Verbesserungsvorschläge für den Feed gemacht. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung.

Pros

Der Support ist sehr schnell, kompetent und geht auch auf individuelle Feed-Anpassungen ein. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass nicht nur die gewünschten Änderungen umgesetzt wurden, sondern zusätzlich auf weitere sinnvolle Optimierungen hingewiesen wurde. Änderungen an Google-Shopping-Titeln, Brand, Grundpreisen und produktspezifischen Feed-Regeln wurden sauber umgesetzt, ohne bestehende Einstellungen unnötig zu verändern.

Cons

Die erweiterten Feed-Einstellungen sind teilweise recht technisch und ohne Unterstützung nicht immer sofort selbsterklärend. Mit dem Support ließ sich das aber schnell lösen.

Their support team has been quick to assist with any questions I have, as someone who is relatively new to product feed creation, though the tool is very easy to understand so my questions are usually just due to my limited knowledge on it's own.

Pros

We've used Mulwi Feeds for a few years to share our product feed with various platforms. The app is not only super intuitive, but their support team has been exceptional.

I really don't have anything bad to say about this tool. It has fulfilled all of my needs as an eCommerce manager.

Friendly and helpful staff. Responses were as quick as possible, given the time zone differences. Everyone who helped me has always been very knowledgeable

So far, it has been amazing and has helped us in various ways. As we are heavily dependent on our CSS partner, having automation in the feed file is always a valuable addition.

Very good, I would recommend Mulwi to anyone who needs a feed for any channel. There are great customisation tools to manipulate your data exactly as you need it.

Pros

Great customer support who know how to resolve any issues. Easy to use and gives amazing feed customisation control

No real issues, except sometimes I can't find what I need in the help docs and I need to contact customer support.

Customer support is really great from Mulwi - above and beyond what I would expect for a service/product in this category - great work, would strongly recommend.

Cons

There is little to complain about - the set up was straightforward and the system just works - perhaps clearer documentation would help
