Price price and the price. And also customer service is top-notch. That’s all there is to say about United world to telecom.

Pros

The customer service is out of this world. Their prices are absolutely fabulous. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Cons

There is no Cons. We are eight years going strong with United world telecom. We have been very happy with them for a little over eight years.

My overall experience has been very positive. The service is professional, reliable, and well-suited to international business needs. Having a London number for my business has added credibility and accessibility for clients, and United World Telecom has made this simple to implement. Their support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed, and the system is easy to manage on a day-to-day basis. The combination of ease of use, dependable performance, and clear billing makes it a strong solution for businesses looking to establish an international presence without unnecessary complexity.

Pros

Easy to set up and very straightforward to manage. The onboarding process was smooth, and I was able to activate my London business number quickly without any technical complications. The billing is clear and transparent, with no hidden charges, which is important when running an international business. The service itself is reliable, with consistent call quality and no noticeable downtime. I also appreciate the flexibility of managing everything online, which makes it efficient to control settings remotely. Overall, the platform does exactly what it promises and integrates well into a professional business setup.

Cons

There is very little to fault in the service overall. If anything, some of the advanced features and settings could benefit from clearer guidance or more detailed explanations for first-time users, particularly those unfamiliar with telecom platforms. While the system is generally intuitive, a slightly more structured onboarding guide or walkthrough would make the initial experience even smoother. That said, once familiar with the platform, everything works efficiently and reliably. These are relatively minor points and do not detract from the overall quality of the service provided.

It was a pleasure connecting and using services of the company. There were times I forgot the password and sometime even the id, but i would get immediate response from the team.

Pros

I always received immediate response from the team. Call quality is good, also can be considered value for money service is being provided.

Cons

It would be great if the company can start messaging services for clients so that business becomes more easy for international customers.
