Pesquisei o erro no site de ajuda da Umbler, vi que estava na lista negra, com isso resolvi esperar passar as 24h, dia 06/05/2026 quando fui testar ainda constava, peguei os dados qual servidor estava bloquando e entrei em contato com o suporte via whatsapp. Como trabalho muito com suportes robôs, onde ficamos muito tempo na espera e mais ainda pra resolver, aqui foi diferente, em menos de 3 minutos fui atendido, passei as informações e configurações que tinha feito, me passou para outro grupo de suporte que mais uns minutos fui atendido e em pouco tempo estava resolvido. Tempo total que foi resolvido entre o primeiro contato e o aviso que estava pronto, foi de 1h, fui atendido com atenção e sem pressa do suporte querendo terminar o chamado o quanto antes. Muitos podem falar que esse tempo é muito, mas não é, tenho um empresa que preciso toda semana preciso entrar em contato com o suporte, somente o tempo de espera é de 1h, e muitas vezes não resolvendo, fico até 30 dias tentando resolver. Pros Meu cliente queria apenas um email para usar com seu domínio, após pesquisar na internet achei a Umbler, caiu como uma luva para necessidade inicial dela.
