It cut down on manual tracking and reduced scheduling conflicts. With a few improvements to reporting and mobile performance, it would be close to perfect. Pros What I liked most about HRmonia is how intuitive the interface is. Submitting and approving leave requests takes just a few clicks, and the employee overview gives a clear picture of who's available at any given time. The notification system also keeps everyone in the loop without extra emails or spreadsheets. Cons A few times the mobile version felt a bit slower than the desktop app, especially when loading larger teams.
