Built on a real problem with real clients using it. That's more than you can say for a lot of software. Good team, good direction.

Pros

The core use case is solid. Multi-channel sellers genuinely don't have great options for keeping everything in sync — orders, inventory, financials. This does that well. The AI features were also ahead of what I'd seen in similar tools, actually useful, not just a chatbot slapped on top.

Cons

There's a lot of functionality packed in and it takes time to find everything. Not a dealbreaker but expect a learning period.

It's been good. Seeing it actually replace tools that clients were patching together for years makes the work feel worthwhile. Still a lot to improve but the direction is right.

Pros

I've seen the problems it's actually solving for clients, reconciliation, keeping inventory in sync across channels, having everything in one place instead of five different portals. The use cases are real and the feedback from users who get it set up properly is genuinely positive.

Cons

Onboarding takes a bit longer than it should. It's a dense platform and first-time users often feel overwhelmed before things click. That's the most consistent thing I hear from clients.
