Overall, a genuinely strong platform that’s helped my client streamline admin and deliver a better experience for learners. Reliable, easy to work with day to day, and backed by a team who respond quickly and care about getting things right. I would confidently recommend Cademy to other training providers.

Pros

My client uses Cademy to manage their fire & security compliance training (a mix of on-demand, online and classroom), and it’s made a real difference to how smoothly everything runs. Course setup is straightforward, the learner journey is clear, and it’s much easier to keep on top of bookings, attendee details and certificates. It’s also flexible enough to handle real-world scenarios like engineers being booked on by an office/admin team. Customer support has been excellent - quick responses, practical advice, and they’re happy to get into the detail when something needs configuring properly.

Cons

Like any platform, there are occasional quirks. That said, the team have always found a workable solution, and their support team have been great at helping us get things right.

Overall, we think Cademy have done a brilliant job in creating this platform, and it’s great to see the ongoing improvements and development. It’s become a key part of how we deliver our training.

Pros

We’ve been using Cademy to deliver and manage our courses since 2022, and it’s been a really positive experience. The platform offers excellent value for money, with strong course management tools that make it easy to run both online and in-person sessions. It’s intuitive to use for both our team and our learners, and supports clear student–teacher interaction and useful progress tracking. Customer support has been incredibly responsive and helpful, and while we’ve experienced a few minor bugs, these have been quickly resolved or added to their Development Teams' 'To Do' list!.

Cons

Like any system, there have been a few minor bugs and early-stage issues, particularly as we’ve been trying new features, but these have generally been resolved quickly and haven’t significantly impacted delivery. Would like to see more membership features so that we can really push subscriptions as a revenue stream. The only real issue we’ve encountered is within the booking system — when someone books a course on behalf of another person (e.g. a finance team member), they continue to receive all email communications, even though these aren’t relevant to them.

While these platforms worked well initially, they required us to manage multiple systems—one for bookings, another for communication, and another for course content. This became time-consuming and sometimes confusing for participants. By moving to a single platform, we’ve been able to: Bring booking, course content and communication into one place Provide a more consistent and professional learner journey Improve organisation and course management Offer better access to resources and on-demand learning Support clearer progress tracking and engagement It also allows us to grow and develop our offer more effectively, particularly as we expand our online and on-demand courses. Overall, the move has helped us deliver a more joined-up, user-friendly experience that better supports both teachers and learners.

It has been great working with Cademy through our set up of the platform and our management of courses. It has been really helpful being able to bring our e-learning courses into the same platform as our in-person and online courses, so has really helped to streamline our workflow.

Pros

Cademy is so slick and easy to use compared to other similar platforms we've used in the past. If we are ever unsure of how a feature works or I have noticed a bug, the team respond to us and fix the issue incredibly quickly. There are always new features available and the team are open to suggestions of features that can be developed in the future, making the platform very good value.

Cons

We have quite a specific need for the way our Xero platform is integrated, so this set up took a little longer than expected but the team were able to sort this for us anyway.

A very versatile and comprehensive booking platform partner that has made managing courses and student/teacher interactions incredibly easy.

Pros

Cademy is an intuitive user friendly platform for booking and classes. I have always found the user interface really good, with plenty of tools and resources to support the not-so-technically minded. Add to that their incredibly efficient and helpful customer support (I usually get an answer within five minutes) and you have a really great platform to work in partnership with your business. I am not sure I make the most of all the tools and analytics but that is my limitation not theirs. As my business grows so will my reliance on and competence with the Cademy platform.

Cons

There is the odd glitch when reviewing bookings in the calendar. if you scroll to a future month and then click on a booking, then go back, it returns you to the current month, not the one you were looking at previously. As niggles go it is minor.

Super. I have sold courses, virtual and in-person classes and I use them for a supporter membership.

Pros

I’ve been using Cademy to sell courses and classes for my small business for a few years, and I’m really happy with it. While I find the software very straightforward and easy to use, it’s the team behind Cademy that make it what it is. They’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful any time I’ve ever had a query (even though I’m on the most basic “free” tier)- sorting out issues promptly and generously. They make me feel like I’m not alone at the tech end of things which is such a gift.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind at the moment - the visuals at the backend are quite utilitarian but that’s appropriate- anytime ive struggled with something the team have sorted it out, explained it to me, or given me a workaround very quickly.

From the initial onboarding to the custom touches that reflect our values, the team has gone above and beyond to ensure that the platform works for us, not the other way around.

Pros

Cademy isn’t just a platform; it’s a place where community and purpose can thrive. We’re genuinely excited for what’s ahead. Pros, there are many: Excellent value for money, Outstanding customer support, Our Learners find it so ease to use, our onboarding process is now learner-led. Updates and improvements come thick and fast, all with the customer at the central focus - thank you.

Cons, this is the best kept secret but I doubt it will stay that why... Although we are not concerned because we know the Cademy Team will still continue to support us in their own amazing way.

The team at Cademy is fantastic. They promptly answer any questions and provide support and guidance whenever needed. Their services work well with our operational needs and all the systems I require are either available or in the process of being developed. We’ll be working on some changes to our training provision and this platform with the online and blended options will help us to deliver courses more effectively. I’d highly recommend them.

Cademy are truly unique. We have used many software packages with so called ‘support’. Cademy are in a league of their own!!! So friendly, so approachable and so helpful. The resource is pretty cool too!

Pros

The support from Cademy is superb. They are so responsive and friendly. The LMS is easy to use and new developments are taking place all the time to make it even better.

Cons

As an administrator I would like to see when my clients have logged in. I can only see a progress report when an element (course tutorial) has been completed.

Cademy is a really clean easy to use platform. They are always working to develop it. Most importantly the support is QUICK and HUMAN! They are so good at helping me use it!

Cons

Nothing. I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like about it. It has everything I need. If I need anything else I just get in touch and they add it to their road map! Whats not to love?
