Pros What I like best about Netwrix Password Secure is that it puts password and credential management into one secure and encrypted vault. The platform makes it simple to enforce strong password policies, generate secure passwords, and control access with role-based permissions. Also useful were the browser integrations for securely accessing credentials in everyday work. Cons The one thing I didn't like was that some of the advanced administration and permission settings took a little getting used to when first setting up. The core functionality is reliable and covers what we need for secure credential management. The few rough edges, mainly around early bugs in new releases, are more than offset by the excellent and very fast support, which resolves most questions almost immediately. For teams that value responsive vendor support alongside a stable password management solution, it is easy to recommend. Pros The support is the standout for us. It is by far the fastest of any vendor we work with. In most cases we get a qualified, on-point response within five to ten minutes, not just a ticket confirmation but actual help from someone who understands the product. Beyond that, the software is reliable in daily use and runs without issues most of the time. The role and permission concept is clear, and managing shared credentials across teams works smoothly. For an MSP environment with multiple client setups, that combination of fast support and stable day-to-day operation is exactly what we need. Cons The main pain point is the release quality. New versions occasionally ship with bugs, and this happens more often than we would like. It is rarely anything critical, but it means we tend to wait before rolling out a fresh release to production and test it first. A bit more polish and testing before release would make the update process noticeably less stressful.
