With this solution, we can view all of our shared passwords in one place (in an encrypted vault), along with an actual audit trail, so if something bad happens, we will be able to see who accessed what, at what point in time. In addition to providing us with this capability, we also no longer have to worry about having to locate all of the shared logins our departing employee(s) had access to. Pros I'm very glad this software is self-hosted (we run it on our own servers), because all of your login information stays within your organization's "environment", which is great for compliance. The ability to create team spaces with role based access is also super nice so we don't have to deal with multiple departments using the same login (or worse) in one giant shared vault that everybody can see. The auto-fill feature through the browser extension is also just really cool...I hate having to cut and paste from the vault each time I log in somewhere. Cons New releases tend to come with bugs more frequently than I would like. While most of these aren't show stoppers, we've developed the habit of thoroughly testing each new release before deploying it to production and also this is probably just a pet peeve but the user interface has looked like it hasn't changed in years and could use some freshening up.
