5/5 Great Customer Service, Value for Money, Fast, Reliable and very user-friendly. Excellent value for money!!

Pros

Agent portal works really well. Agents have everything they need in one place and stop bothering us with basic questions. Also been using the video generation for listings, saves hours every week!

Cons

It took a bit to get used to. Nothing critical. Needed an application built for real estate, not another adapted CRM. This fits.

We needed one place to manage both the agent relationships and the sales pipeline. Most tools do one or the other. QubeHub does both.

Pros

From a BD perspective this covers a lot of ground. Agent database, broadcast tools, portal analytics showing which agents are actually active. We can run outreach campaigns directly from the platform without switching tools. The portfolio data being connected to everything is what makes it work.

Cons

Would love more depth in the analytics side. Good enough for now but as we scale the agent network we will need more.

Honestly, the best thing about QubeHub.ai is how it actually lives up to the hype. I’ve tried a few AI platforms, but this one is super easy to use and didn't require a steep learning curve. ​Here’s why I’m impressed: ​Sales & Email Campaigns: Setting up our email sequences and managing sales leads became ten times faster. It feels like the AI actually "gets" the context of what we're trying to sell. ​Data & Content Management: Keeping all our data organized in one place is a breeze. The content management tools are intuitive, helping us push out high-quality stuff without the usual headache. ​Value for Money: For the price, the ROI is a no-brainer. It saves us so many hours of manual work every week. ​Support: I had a small question at the start and the customer support team was quick, professional, and actually helpful—not just canned responses. ​If you’re looking to streamline your operations and want a tool that "just works," I can't recommend this enough. It’s been a massive boost for our team.
